I have registered for national pack on justdial. Iin the name of best industrial products since there are no relevant leads and there is no business from just dial i would like to cancel my contract with justdial. Since im paying by monthly ecs scheme of 3540/- every month and now its more than 6 months i would like to cancel the contract. But their customer service is too rigid and they are now saying that we cannot cancel the contract now as ecs is blocked for 1 year. However thier marketing person had commited that in case you dont require the contract you cancel after 6 months. And now they are too stubborn to cancel my contract. Its my wish to continue or not.Money doesnt come for free. Please cancel the contract i will not pay the monthly ecs here on.

No response yet from justdial.. I need to take strict action against justdial... Kindly file a case against justdial immediately..

YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. KINDLY TEACH THEM HOW TO SPEAK AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES RATHER THAN JUST REPEATING THE TEMPLATE GIVEN TO THEM ON CALL. I NEED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT SO PLEASE DO SO. ITS MY MONEY MY WISH. AND THERE IS A LAW THAT IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.

There is no specialist department of yours... Don't fool us by that... Nobody has called or resolved my issue so far.. My ecs amt has got deducted again... I will file a suit against justdial.
