[Resolved] JustRechargeIt — money has been debited from my bank account but recharge not successful | |||
i had recharged my mobile phone for rs 444/- from justrechargeit on the 10th of july 2011 at 5.22 pm with the following transaction details. order no MK[protected] Money of rs 444 was immediately deducted from my account but i have still not received a credit of the amount in my account even till today . i.e. the 24th of august 2011. i have sent mails to justrechargeit but to no avail. Order Detail of MK[protected] Order No. : MK[protected] Order Date : Jul 10 2011 5:22PM Customer : manju iyer Service : Mobile Service Provider : AIRTEL Mobile#/ DTH No./DataCard No. : [protected] Recharge Amount : 444.00 Status : We regret to inform you that your transaction was declined by the payment gateway. Reason for the same could be any of the below: The payment gateway was unable to obtain authorization for the transaction amount. Transaction could not be authorized because the card number or the expiry date entered is incorrect.
