Dear Sir, I purchased a churidar from Kalamandir worth around Rs.2000/-.In the second wear itself, the cloth got pinched all over the body.I approached them for a solution.They given me a blame accuse that they wont keep the records more than a month and misbehaved with me.In fact, the transactions were recorded in the kalamandir Club membership card,which I carried with me,from that they can easily track it.I approached them twice for this, and during my first visit they told me to come on a week day,I applied leave and went to their show room second time and they did not treat me well. I am from Vapi.we ware go to kalamandir at vapi.we purchased a gold.but your staff response very very bad.no buddy shown the gold design.very very bad experience at vapi kalamandir.we think next time will not go at kalamandir for the gold purchase and also inform to relatives and friends that not go at kalamandir for purchase. I Am sharing this fault to social media.
