Please refund my money back Rs. 2940

I have ordered two banarasi georgette sarees online with Kalamndir. The one saree's height is only 100cm other one is normal height 120cm. I informed customer care service that the saree is too short for my height. The customer service arranged for pickup of the saree through Xpressbees courier services.

The saree was picked from my house on 24th March 2022. Its been 12 days since they picked the saree from Guntur to Hyderabad....

Salesman Inappropriate Behavior

I went to the shop during the women's day sale period. The collection was very beautiful. But the sales man was touching very weirdly while draping the saree.
Not once but multiple times he touched which made me very uncomfortable and disgusting. They should hire the staff very carefully and train them how to treat customers.
Its an irony how women are treated on women's day.
It's my kind request to the owners to please...

Refund not received .. Waiting for month

I had received damaged saree for which I requested return, for return itself I had to chase them over phone for over month..very poor customer engagement.
After pickup, it's been 15 days not refund given. When asked about the same they always ask from 2-3 days or tell us we have initiated check with ur bank.How come a customer check with even having any reference number of transactions. They are fooling around customer.and their hard...

Payment deducted but they are saying they haven't received the money

I have made the payments for 2 saree rs 2970 . While making the payment, the payment got deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
Now the team is telling me they haven't received the money inspect of sending them all transactions ids....

No refund till now

Hi..I ordered a saree .order id is[protected]
They sent the defective saree. After several call saree return pickup done by kalamandir.on 22 september after thn I asked for my refund evrday day they say in 24 hr in 5 days in 7 days.Every poor customer service.Only they excuse our higher team will call you.etc etc
Now I am fedup ..😒 and this is mentally harassment for me .
How do you define 'sometime'?Is it 2-3 days?...

Product /money not received

I ordered 3 Sarees on August 25 till now I did not receive sarees. I chat with kalamandir whatsup contact number but they are not responding. If it is cancelled money also I am not received at . Very very bad service. I thought kalamandir is a good name but why you are behaving like very irresponsible. My order ID is[protected]...

Order no. 200005404 cancelled, but update not received

I have ordered the Saree from kalamandir against order no.[protected] on dated[protected] and within 10 minutes same has been cancelled due to selected another one. But still the status shows order processing. And nobody replied the status about cancellation or refund. I'm really fed-up from kalamandir.

Poor customer support for returns

Poor customer support. Since I recieved same colour sarees I asked for return or exchange. But they don’t answer your calls or respond to emails. They say they don’t have return or refund but they mention in the videos that they have return. After calling everyday 10 to 15times they hardly pick once or twice but they say they will get back to me in 5mins but they don’t call at all. Never ever order from them. Quality is also cheap....

Saree with 3360 still not dispatched

I have ordered saree worth 3360 from online on 10/8/2021. Till now it's not dispached. In their website they mentioned 4-7 days shipping all over india. But it's not yet dispatched. How many times I am calling they told it will come. But no response. It's prepaid order. I ordered for varalakshmi puja, I thought it will come before varalakshmi puja. It not came. After puja I am receiving means what's the purpose of ordering saree. I cannot...

Regards saree quality

I have ordered saree from kalamandir onlineon 9/8/2021 i received saree on 16 /8/2021 ( today). The quality of the saree is not good which the worth of 2310 rs. And minor damages noticed on the saree in pallu part. I have contacted support team but i didn't get any reply on that....
