I had received damaged saree for which I requested return, for return itself I had to chase them over phone for over month..very poor customer engagement.
After pickup, it's been 15 days not refund given. When asked about the same they always ask from 2-3 days or tell us we have initiated check with ur bank.How come a customer check with even having any reference number of transactions. They are fooling around customer.and their hard earned money.
Kalamandir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
