NON DELIVERY OF REFILLED CYLINDER

My Refilled Cylinder Booked on 07.11.2011 not received till date whereas booking done by others after me have got the Reffling of Cylinders

My Consumer No. 501018 in name of Shyam Sunder Verma H/O. 1294, B2, Vishwakarma Cloney (GARG COMPLEX) Pinjore, (haryana) with Kalkaji Gas Services, Pinjore (Dealer of HP Gas).

I have gone many times on office many times regularly for reminding the same, they tell me your refilled cyinder may delivered on tomorrow........,tomarrow..........tommorow. But no action taken by manager or there employes till date.

Booked on 17.05.08 but not yet delivered. My mother at the age of 80yrs, staying alone is facing lot of trouble. Please do the needfull . G>CH>RAO, 11898

LPG Gas — Non-Delivery of refilled cylinder

Dear sir,
I am a consumer of "Chandralok Bharat gas Distributor, Nayatola, Muzaffarpur". My SV No. is 163591/11.12.07 & Consumer No.- 836. I have booked my Cylinder for HOME-DELIVERY on 24.06.08, whose scheduled delivery is on o4.07.08. The delivery has not taken place till today i.e. 20.07.08 inspite of daily reminders. Whenever I call on distributor`s office`s phone[protected], they replied me that I am sending the same today. This is not the first time, everytime they are treating in same way.
Therefore, I request you to take intiative for unintrupted home-delivery of cylinder on scheduled time. I also hope that instructions will be made to concerned distributor to not harass consumers. I hope you will take serious note on this matter. Also, please intimate me about the instructions made to distributor.

I have booked Cylinder on 22nd September to M/S. Pattammal Gas Aency, Tambram. After passing 22 days still gas not dellivered. I enquired over phone with pattammal theysaid they have sent through Mr.Padiapah. wherein Mr.Suresh is our supplier. Then I spoke with suresh inperson but he is not giving proper reply and he is talking over mobile . I said gas agency informed they have sent bill. I heard from others he sold to teashops and other cooking agenst @ Rs.600/700/- Again I enquired with pattammal they said ok we will talk withsuresh . See not only this time always every month we are facing this problem.

So please take action and inform owner of pattammal gas to give supply atlease 10 days since they are taking booking after 21days of delivery. please note gas will come for us only 30 days.
