[Resolved] Kalyan Jewellers — Cheating Gold coin given weighed less

We bought a gold coin of 24 carat and weighing machine also showed that it was 24 carat on the day we bought. (6months before). Today when we went for exchange of that coin with a jewel at Bhima - the same coin weighed only 23.4 carat instead 24.
When we went back to Kalyan and produced the bill, they simply took it from us and said they are ready to pay us taking the coin for today's rate. . When we scolded them, the store manager says he apologizes for that and takes it as complain.

Please don't go with brand!! Be careful when u buy big amount.

weight machine — weight mismatch

i bought 2kg of rice ,but when i put weight to some other shop but it contains only 1.850kg. i asked to that concern shopkeeper about the mismatch found ,he replied me machine got repaired for the few days...but still now he repeat the same process without giving any proper response to me...so kindly take some necessary action as soon as possible..........

kalyan jewellers is one of the most cheating jewellery shop in tamilnadu because they have a 82 to 85 KDM GOLD only, Not a 91.6 KDM PLZ check it with your family gold maker
,How do you check it?
you buy a small ring or any other ornaments then you will melt it then check!

Kalyan Jewellers — worst shop ever

They treat customers differently while they pay whole amount n purchase some n people Who walks in with gold scheme .they are charging high with different different names n taxes.staffs even serves good to people who pays big amount only. They dont Care abt small purchases.waste of money n time going there.
