At the time when Kalyan Jewelers opened in vashi navi mumbai.i went there with my family to purchase some ornaments. at the billing time they suggest to take us for new gold saving scheme for 18 months & they will pay 2 additional premium with my 18 month paid amount and we can purchase the same amount value gold at kalyan jewelers. we ready & take the scheme. but after completion of 1 year(12 month) installment I surprised & socked the saying scheme is closed & cannot be continue. they will pay only my paid amount with 1 additional installment & i can purchase the gold with same value. i feel just cheated with them. My invested time & money is totally west and want justice.

I have purchased a bracelet of 8.26 gms from Kalyan Jewellers, Trivandrum for gifting my husband on 8th March 2014.On the 4th day of purchased it broke.They took 12.57% of the amount as making charge.Apart from all these I approached them to get my money paid back.They resisted to repay.They said they could replace only after deducting an amount from the bill.Finally I asked them to get it replaced with similar model.They promised me to contact me after 15 days.They did not respond.I called them up.They say it would be ready only on 8th of April which means my money is with them for a month.I am forced to lodge a complaint for the irresponsibility and the negative attitude shown to me all through out this incident.

Kalyan Jewellers who advertise themselves with Big cinema stars from across film industry is indeed a worst store ever seen. The sales person does not have any ettiquets in handling customers. We ordered a gold ring for my husband. At the time of ordering they didnt specify the % of making charges. I bought a diamond bracelet from Kalyan Jewelers, Vashi store in july. I started wearing it in Aug and to my surprize, after 10 days it fell from my hand somewhere. I found it luckily and thought that may be its lock is loose so I'll go to the store and get it done! Now after 15 days i saw two diamonds missing from the bracelet. I was shocked. I took it to the store and spoke about it. They kept it there for a month and then promised that nothing will happen to it. Now after a couple of month it again lost 2 diamonds. I again took it to them and asked them to either repair it or replace it. They said they'll replace it but will deduct making charge. I asked them that making charge for faulty design????? Then they said they'll repair it properly this time. And wow!! again after 15 days, it has broken into two pieces!!! I tell you dear readers, please do not buy anything from these nonprofessionals... There products are absolutely NOT RELIABLE. You'll have to care for your jewelry more than yourself and even that wouldn't help you. SMALL JEWELERS ARE WAY WAY WAY BETTER THAN KALYAN JEWELERS. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY THEY DELIVER.

we purchased Bangles at Kalyan jwellery Hyderabad on NOV 15 2013as we were involved in 1 year scheme, They claim that they have rate card etcetc.. but everything is heights of cheating as they make jwellery few months back and when go to purchase they charge exorbitant making charges ranging more than 15 % at the minimum and it goes up to 30 % at current market price. Dear Sir, I have purchased nearly 160 gms of ornaments including Bangles Chain Anklets Ear rings etc on December 2012 from Tiruvalla new Kalyan show room.Most of that ornaments are still in our locker and we didn't use most of them till now.In that my mom bought one bangle weighing 24 gm and she used it 2, 3 times and that bangle get broken down.We kept it for some days thinking that we will go to nearby Kalyan showroom and get it repaired.We got it repaired from Kalyan jewellers Kollam showroom.Again she used it for 2 times and it gets broken down again...???How strange right... So we decided to change the bangle from Kalyan Jewellers.So we went to great Kalyan Jewellers new showroom at Trivandrum M.G Road on 24th October 2013. There things went wrong in such manner that we lost our money nearly 13000 and very poor customer service by the floor manager and sales man. When we tried to change the bangle saying that we didnt use that bangle much, the sales man and floor manager treat us like we are going to grab something from their pocket.They blame us for taking that bangle by without checking thoroughly the bangle when we bought it from Tiruvalla.We said all the things but they are not even listening usThey are comparing the gold ornaments with electrical items and all and trying to shut our mouth.If they are providing this type low quality ornaments then whats the meaning of this type advertisements and all. In short we lost our Money Time dignity etc by exchanging a bangle from the "Great" Kalyan Jewellers. Please keep in your mind while thinking about purchasing Gold or diamonds from Kalyan.

We wanted to purchase two rings from Kalyan Jewellers, both of same design but different sizes. We purchased one ring and due to unavailability of the required size we placed an order to make another ring in same design however different size. The order was not delivered to us even after a month and on our visit to the store we found that our items (rings) were not in TO BE DELIVERED category but were placed in display for sale. Having bills on hand we managed to collect our items however we were shocked to see that there was a lot of difference in the design of original ring and the ring which was being delivered, also the quality of diamonds and gold also wasn't up to the mark.

the diamond jewellery made by kalyan jewellers are of real poor quality. the fitting of the diamond in the gold are poorest. i have bought two diamond rings and a mangal sutra from kalyan jewellers. the diamond keeps falling from the ornament. the labour is poor. if 18 c gold can not be moulded to hold the diamond why do they need to charge for the making charge? the costumer care in hubli has been very poor. they are not ready to accept the mistake in making. Dear public beware of this fault when you buy diamond jewellary from kalyan. please suggest me if i can proceed with case in consumer court.
hope to get some justice from kalyan.

We bought a gold coin of 24 carat and weighing machine also showed that it was 24 carat on the day we bought. (6months before). Today when we went for exchange of that coin with a jewel at Bhima - the same coin weighed only 23.4 carat instead 24.
When we went back to Kalyan and produced the bill, they simply took it from us and said they are ready to pay us taking the coin for today's rate. . When we scolded them, the store manager says he apologizes for that and takes it as complain.

Please don't go with brand!! Be careful when u buy big amount.

Please donot fall a prey to Advertisments given by Kalyan Jwellers Who say that they have introduced Rate Card for each jwell they sell in their show room.It is a cheating trick just to attract the poor customer just to attract a Fish for worm in an anchor.
Every thing is fixed in their rate card and we have to pay what they wanted.You have no choice to ask any thing.Their another offer Life card is another golmal just like Gold coin offerScandal recently reported in media as wellas by press.This is my experience to find that the Keralite black money big bosses with the collusion of some unscrupulous Govt servants let loose the buisness in the jwellery buinsness to swindle the money of innocent customers
