I went to the above showroom today i.e.29th Oct 2023, to replace the battery in my GSHOCK GB 400.

My watch went completely off to operating when changed the batteries, while I raised this issue in store.

They claimed that this shop lacked GSHOCK technicians and chastised his general technician for requiring a GSHOCK watch for battery replacement.

So I informed the staff that these are internal concerns. I need my watch to work as soon as possible.

However, the staff is disgustingly lecturing me and using Tapori slang.

So I took the video, but the staff stopped me and locked the guy in the service room who used tapori language on me.

Even threatened to me like kill you.

Seriously hats off to this store and staff.

Very bad experience and nonsense staff.

Seems this staff is non educated and don’t know how to deal with customers.

Let us know what action you taking against this nonsense.

It's been two days since I placed the order and paid, now I'm not able to contact anyone or the customer care service is totally inactive....

I ordered a watch from their online store on 7th may. It's 16th may and I've still not received my order. I made online payment of 15595. And i regret shopping from their site. Their customer care is useless. They don't provide any information

On May 7th we purchased Fossil watch - BQ3656I from Helios Watch Store, Phoenix Mall, Chennai. We bought the watch at the Price of RS: 8495 and they said this watch does not have any offer.

We bought this and came back home. When we saw the price of this watch in their Helios Watch store website, it was only 7495 RS. Offline store hide this price from us, said no offer and charged extra 1000 Rupees which is a clear fraud.

Raised a ticket - TKT-[protected] and doing follow ups, but no reply from Helios Team and seems they don't care.

I would really want to get 1000 Rupees back.

I have purchased watch on helios website and as per the website it said same day delivery. I haven't received my watch till now. I have followed up with N number of emails and phone calls without any result. Helios phone number no one picks or it will keep saying its connecting and drops. I wanted to surprise my wife on our anniversary and its completely spoiled. The fun part they shared an SMS and mail about the tracking and when you check no data available. when called courier they said its not valid. I made a big mistake ordering from a platform who does not know how to do e-commerce business. Finally i am unable to cancel the order my money is deducted. I have to wait for their mercy. I never expected this from TATA's .
There is no way of escalations matrix, or concern person to address this issue. just pay the money and keep standing at the gate waiting.
Pathetic experience

I have ordered a watch from Helios watch store on August 29 money debited and received one mail and bill from that company. Still there is no update from that company and I have been tiered so many calls and mails no one is responding poor customer service from that company what to do now

I have not received any update about the status of the order.

I bought Skagen wrist watch from Helios website on 17 May 2022 and the watch was delivered a week later. The watch came in its box but soon after opening it, I was able to see that it was a defective piece. The watch had no covering on the metal strap or on the dial. I sent a mail to the mentioned mail ids on 27th May and called customer care to register a complaint. Its been a week since I raised the complaint and have called multiple times to customer care and yet no action has been taken on resolving the issue. I am totally unhappy with the customer service and with the purchase made.

We had purchased Titan couple watch a month ago. We used it only 2 times in a month. There is some issue in it while locking. When we visited the store they said no service available for any watch you have to visit Titan store for that. They should appoint technician for little things. But they upfront say no. And when we go to purchase something they behave so sweet. Pathetic service. Not at all recommended.

I'm V.Varshini, currently pursuing btech in National institute of technology, Trichy but basically from the above address and have been residing for a year. There are a lot o[censored]nvaccinated, diseased stray dogs in and around here.
These dogs starts to fight at midnight and barks which is a great nuisance for us during the night time. These are breeding continuously and hence the dog population is increasing and makes the situation worse.
The main reason for me is, as u can see the pictures, yesterday these dogs have scooped out back seat of my scooty.
This is unbearable and we need them to be cleared from this place. Kindly take action regarding this as it is a serious issue.

Colour deffected

Such a pathetic experience from Helios watches Calicut store under the Manager Mr Karthik, never ever expected such a poor service from them.I have purchased a Titan raga watch in the month of August, After couple of times usage I have realized the discoloration in the chain so immediately I have returned back the watch in the same month.And the staff (mr Karthik) they also accepted there is. Problem with the chanin.After that there were no news at all, and they kept the watch for almost 3 months and after so many follow up calls and visit s they gave the watch with the worst condition having scratches all over the dial.And i refused to collect the watch.I'm so sad to mention with the complete anguish and agony by the their store manager's behaviour and their response.
I am completely dissatisfied and looking forward for a soulition .

I ordered a Garmin watch on 21st Nov. My payment was successful and I received a confirmation email. It has now been 11 days. My order has not been dispatched yet. I have made a number of calls to the customer service. They are unable to tell me when will my order be shipped. They keep forwarding me to the store from where the order is to be shipped. They store is saying they can't fulfill the order unless they get approval from the company. So it seems there is no guarantee of the delivery actually happening. The customer service executives further refuse to cancel my order and issue a refund. Hence my money is stuck and i don't have any hope of actually receiving my order. This seems like a scam. They should refund if they are unable to deliver the promised product.

I have ordered a watch from Helios store. Tracking details is not given to me, the e mail says that when shipped, the details will come to you. Is been 5 days, still details didn't come. Is there no accountability of orders from Helios Watch Store? Is my money wasted?

I ordered a fossil watch from helios online store, for which I was confirmed that the product will be delivered in 4-5 days. I got a message 4 days later that the watch is out of stock and they will try to arrange one. The expected deadline has passed and I am getting no response from the company 😔.
I think I have been made a victim of online fraud. Sue this company!!🤬
