Karbonn A12 — No replacement of new defective mobile | |||
Sir, my name is shailesh chaudhary . I stay in jaipur. On 11th august 2013 i bought a Karbonn A12 mobile from palak mobile in jaipur. There is some defect in my phone as all games i installed from play store are working in absurd manner. I took my phone to karbonn service center in jaipur ,they installed the phone software again but still the problem exist.I demanded the replacemnet of my phone from the shop owner but he was not ready to replace at first and afterwards he told me that it will take 1.5 months to replace the phone giving me absurd reasons that this process takes times. I want immediate replacement of my phone within few days.otherwise i will move to consumer court .Please pay heed to my complain and reply . My contact no is [protected] / [protected].
