I bought this mobile just 1 month ago but it's not working like i can't able to press buttons and hanging the mobile. Moreover it's not working please replace it...

I took new karbonn K8 power mobile on 13th September, 2023.
The network is not getting connected in it.
Please do the needful....

I had purchased Mobile karbonn smart yuva model but after working for three months the screen is blank after going to service center the said that company had stopped manufacturing this mobile and we cannot help you so what dont you stopped their sale I want the refund of the cost i had purchased the phone or else i will launched a complaint in consumer court...

When I call the executive yesterday, she said she will call me back . However, She did not
Today I called her today, Again she said she will check and confirm the status.

I had an issue with mobile, it’s continuation deduction from main bal. Amount problem from sept. 2019 & oct 2019 to till the date.
