Within a span of 1 month o[censored]sage of Karbonn mobile handset model no k1818(black) of price Rs.3249 which i purchased from you on 28/01/2012, underwent a problem in touch pad.when i went to the nearest karbonn service center i was asked to write a mail to you for the required authentication of the product to use its warranty facility.The retail invoice(invoice no. ST-223977,invoice date 28/01/2012) print out sent to me did not carry your required signatures due to which the warranty at the service center was denied to me.please do authenticate the mobile with IMEI_1:[protected] IMEI_2:[protected] S/N:K[protected] H/W Ver:V2.1 and S/W Ver:205 for warranty.The shipper's address is Spinel Tradecom Private Ltd 246,3rd floor,Okhla indul estate,New Delhi-110019
