I have given Mobile of K30 for repair (Track Pad) not working on 03.06.2011, intially service centre (Sri sai comuunication told us within 02 days they will give back the handset.
But after 20 days also they have not attend the job. Reason saying that they have not received the Track pad from bangalore office

SIR I M USING MY KARBONN K 30 HANDSET SINCE LAST 16 MONTHS AND I HAD FACED A SENSOR PROBLEM WITHIN 12 MONTHS .. SO I CONTACTED THE SERVICE STATION SO THEY TOLD ME THA THEY DONT HAVE SENSORS WITH THEM AS THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY SPARES FROM COMPANY ITSELF...SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE A VERY VERY SERIOUS ACTIONC AGAINST THE COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDIING SPARES IN THE MARKET....PLEASE CONTACT ME IN ANY CASE [protected] AND MY NAME IS ASHISH GHULE
