I purchased a karbonn mobile (k 30)from 7 teleservices trivandrum kerala on24/04/2011.after four months the track pad and display was not working.when i approached the store they asked to give it to the service centre.But the service people was telling that the stock was not available and they didnt took it for service.Even after regular visit and atlast they took the phone for service on 15/09/2011at Karbonn care ,Mass Tower ,Opp Sub Jail,...

Not attending the Repair work- since spare parts not available in hyderabad

I have given Mobile of K30 for repair (Track Pad) not working on 03.06.2011, intially service centre (Sri sai comuunication told us within 02 days they will give back the handset.
But after 20 days also they have not attend the job. Reason saying that they have not received the Track pad from bangalore office

camera not working

he K30 Mobile which I bought from kings communiocations, palakkad has a problem in activating the Camera and Video camera. When I select the Camera or Video Camera option is shows "Camera Module not ready". Please let me know is it a technical problem which needs to be serviced or do I have to change any of the settings
