Karbonn Mobiles — Can't get my mobile back from company | |||
Respected Sir, I was purchase handset of Karbonn Titanium S5 on the date of 4th Aug 2013. After 1 week my handset have some hardware problem, so that I have submit my handset to service center, Nagpur on the date of 18th Sept 2013. I was called to the head office and I ask about the duration of repairing of fault handset and they said that if you submit your handset today then it will be repair in 15 days, Now it almost 1 month has pass and still they always saying that "the handset is under process". Please I request you help me for above matter or condition. So that I can get back my handset. I am in trouble. Thanking You, Nakul Raut, [protected].
