Karbonn Mobiles — Don't service and return my mobile which is in warranty | |
I HAVE GIVEN MY KARBONN A15 MOBILE FOR SERVICE ON 10/8/2013 IN ALLIED ELECTRONICS AUTHORIZED KARBONN SERVICE CENTER IN SALEM, TAMILNADU WITH JOB SHEET NO 20843, THEY PROMISED TO RETURN THE MOBILE IN ONE MONTH, BUT WHEN WE ASKED FOR MOBILE AFTER ONE MONTH, THEY DIDN'T RESPOND PROPERLY AND DENIED TO GIVE THE MOBILE BACK, I THINKING OF TAKING THE ISSUE TO CONSUMER COURT, IF NOT GIVEN PROPER RESPONSE, SO BEFORE THAT PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RETURN MY MOBILE AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE IRRESPONSIVE STAFF AND SHOWROOM. AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY BEFORE TAKING NECESSARY STEP

i bought a9+ on 30/06/2013 after 40 days it has heating and sudden discharging problem so i have submitted my mobile to their service center at haldwani (uttrakhand) on 11/08/2013.they promised to give it back in one month, now they are not responding properly.and nobody knows what is the present situation.i think now i have to register complain in consumer court if they didn't give my mobile back with in one week.imei no.-[protected]
