Karbonn Mobiles — Regarding Karbonn Mobile | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased the new Karbonn A6 mobile (IMEI NO. [protected]) on dated 1st July, 2013 from Amritsar by paying Rs. 5600(Bill Attached). On dated[protected], the mobile stopped working. Next day on[protected], I approached the customer care, jalandhar & they repaired the mobile & gave back on[protected]. Again, on[protected], mobile was giving multiple problems & again I got it repaired. On[protected], its signal & sound stopped working again & I again contacted the customer care, jalandhar on[protected]Job Sheet attached). I am disappointed as well as shocked with such a poor response of the mobile over such a short period of 25 days. Now, I am completely irritated. So, kindly look into the matter personally and instruct the concerned to refund my payment of Rs. 5600 at the earliest because I am facing mental harassment which cannot be calculated in terms of money during these days.
