[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — Screen problem of Model No. A1 Plus

Dear Sir / Madam, Purchased Karbon Mobile model No. A1(+) on 09th June' 2013 and after 2 months o[censored]se, seen one DOT on the Mobile screen and started spreading the same through the screen and was not able to see the screen completely. Approched Tehnocrafttechnologies. Kalyan and they are insisting that the same is a damage and does not come in to warantee and they have indicated the charges for the same as Rs. 950/- for the change of LCD. Such damage can not happend since the same was used with proper protection cover. You are requested to look in to the matter and replace / rempair the same without any charges.
