Karbonn Mobiles — Servicing issue | |||
Hi, I am Ashok Kumar. I had purchased Karbonn A18 smart phone last year. Somehow its display was broken in July. I paid rs 2300 and got the new one but they did not fixed it properly. I complained about it and told me not to able to fix properly and asked that it will be to company. I submitted my phone on 26 July and still there is no response. I emailed to karbonn mobile and they just replying it is under process. There is no tantative date. I am fed up and planning to file it to consumer courst.
