[Resolved] Karmachari Bhavishya Nidhi Sangh — PF has not been given for last one year | |
Dear Sir, I would like to complain against Karmachari Bhavishya Nidhi Sangathan for not paying my provident fund for last one year. I worked with AIS Glass Solution Limited, 38 Okhla Industrial Area, Phase III, New Delhi from 15thNov07to 23rdFeb2009 in the position of Senior Officer Maketing. I submitted my PF form after 2 months of leaving the job as per instruction given by the employer company . And now after even completion of one complete year neither I have received my PF nor there is any communication from above mentioned organization about when will it get paid. myself NAND JEE PANDIT. I have applied for PF withdrawal from NOIDA. withdrawal form was deposited by me personally at pf office noida after their proper checking and was given acknowledgement receipt also to me.no any kind of information to me after expiry of one month.

pvt companies are not giving final simply they tell employee not to come from tomorrow. then the pf deposit amount how one can get. nor they handover yearly statment which is given by pf off to co. in such case how i get my pf balance. PF OFF RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL NOT GIVING ANY DETAILS. THEY TOLD ME U ASK UR CO. PL TELL HOW I GET MY PF MONEY
