[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — Cheating business by kaunsa.com | |
I bought Thailand holiday tour from kaunsa.com on April 9th by paying Rs.116991(Rs.12,999 /- pp) for 9 people. Suddenly, on June 5th they cancelled the trip 5 days before the travel date (June 9th) without giving any proper reason and assured to pay back the money within 30 working days i.e, by July 15th. So far, no refund has been made and people (kaunsa.com CEO Ashish Paliwal) who dealt with me are not picking the call and no response from customer care. They are not answering the calls and no replies to mails. Have all the proofs to prove that I've paid the money (Mails by its CEO). Order No : Kaun/2203/thai/10014 & Kaun/2203/thai/10127 Request all to please don't by anything from this site (kaunsa.com) as it's all fake business. I've raised a ticket around 3 months but to no avail.
I've mailed to escalation team around 10-15 times and don't see any response at all.
Your customer care numbers is always busy or don't respond at all.
