order number-[protected] ITEM NAME- samsung GALAXY S5 MOBILE. i had received my ordered mobile on 13/10/2014 monday .Mobile i had received not working. Network signal not working so that not possible to make a call. Second thing in your advertisement this phone is dual sim but received phone is single sim and phone specifications not correct compare to your site advertisement.I informed my complaint to your custom care by email and phone but no responds from your side.I regret to inform that no reply from your side last 72 hours.i attaching two photos of mobile..
