Kaunsa.com is a fraud and cheating online website sales
I am Shyam, I booked "galaxy note 3" phone through online and paid amount Rs.8999/- . Through Net baking on 25th Jan 2014 I rec'd parcel on 31st jan 14, found that the phone is defferent phone it is very cheaper and id it is "CHINA PHONE " He Cheated very badly.
Before opening Checked the Pack it is nicely packed with that no invoice paper onside of the from address is " BIG SELLER" and phone no is there, that is [protected] and no details on the top of the box. The courier was "BLE DART COURIER" they told that you are already paid the Amount they must replace the phone i have informed N number of times, mailed the complaints every day enquiry about the product. They says that you make a complaint in our Customer Care ticket place. They are always repeat to replays that. Even i made complaint on ticket also they are not seeing not giving any answer also. The auto gen. Replay is in ticket place is.

as per his last information on 7th feb14 he says in phone we have a meeting with the seller to day evening i will send the information by 7.00pm his name is "kaushal Sing" he told me the day morning till now no information they are not lifting the phone also from last two days onwards i made N number of calls they are not lifting the phone " But my mobile is having call recording facility whatever I spoke to the person i have the record very clearly.
till to day i am not get any information .

This is to inform you that i haVE ordered a blackberry phone 8 months before for about 7k and then on the date of delivary the just said me that stock is not avaliable so they gave me a voucher and the i bought portable tv's that went in the same way the i asked for money they never returned me back and finally in the jan starting i ordered lumina 520 with the voucher and the voucher did not work called then 10-20 times then tey gave me a link to pay the remaining amount required for the 520 so i paid 1450 again in the link mailed by them. then from that day every day i call them and they just say you will receive this wed or this sat so plz be patient sir
