dear sir, I had placed an order for a mobile phone from kaunsa.com<order no 116556>.I had trusted their credibility and made the payment through my debit card.They promised to deliver the product by 15 may but failed to do so.Each day i call thecustomer support but the employees earlier used yo postpone it to a new date or refused to talk by disconnecting the line. I am very worried about my money and hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and helpe gey fast redressal I hope you might help me to get justice as fast as possible Was this information helpful? Kaunsa.com is holding consumer money to earn.
I think one day they will suddenly shut their online shop and all money from customers accumulated this way will be theirs.

If you want to give negative feedback at their site that negative feedback will never published..

Really worse worse and worse online shopping site.

my order id is kaun/60890 worth rs. 5999+ rs. 2600 in late September 2013. the items not delivered yet.(till 29 October 2013). with having this huge amount of complaints why the government is not taking any strict action to prevent them from future fraudulence and save crores of rupees from public.
