kelvinator fridge single door — not working
complaint booked 5 days back and complaint number is BAN [protected]. Customer service centre promptly answers and book a complaint , No technicians visit the sites for attending the faults. While enquiring in the Service centre , they provide non working/ not answering numbers like land line[protected], mob- [protected]. On re enquiry in the service centre, they are not having any progress in attending the complaints, simply they will dispose the problems without any clear picture.
