Dear sir
I have purchased a Desert Air Cooler Model No. KCD-B701 Sr. NO.[protected]ENCC000953 from Ashima Mall Relince Digital store on Dt. 28.01.2022. On this cooler 1 year warantee given by the company. It was just two month gone after useing this cooler. On dt. 19.5.22 This cooler is not do work. We plugged it in with an electricity board but it was not ON and the light was also not ON at the cooler display panel.
I have call on customer care but its working time was 10 am to 8 pm. I immidietly send a complaint mail at care.[protected]@resq.in but not found proper respons. After spent full hot night without sleep i lodge complaint on customer care, care personal has told to send service personal at home today but after 12 hours no service personal has reach home to resolve cooler issue. Sales personal mr. Abhisek at reliance digital store also said to resolve the complain soon but not do it till now. I have question what it is this type of watantee, in full day the company not send a service personal.
Me and my faimily has spend two nights without cooler/sleep. Complaint numer given by customer cate is [protected].
Company personal give many promises at time sale of any product bùt after sales they forgott all promises of best service after sales.
IF COMPANY NOT SEND SERVICE PERSONAL OR NOT RESOLVE THE COOLER ISSUE WITHIN 12 HOURS PLEASE SEND NEW COOLER & TAKE RETURN THIS COOLER AT COMPANY COST. Was this information helpful? |
