I purchased AC model KAS X18320B on 29 Apr 2022 from M/S JK ELECTRONICS, opp Minerva cinema, JODHPUR. AC stops cooling after 15-20 days of purchase. Got replacement AC on 28 or 29 May after giving repeatedly calls to dealer and customer care of Kelwinator. Same problem occurs (replaced AC) from the same day when it was installed. Again same problem of gas leaking. Now gas topped up by technician but AC is too noisy and give more vibrations...

I have purchased a Desert Air Cooler Model No. KCD-B701 Sr. NO.[protected]ENCC000953 from Ashima Mall Relince Digital store on Dt. 28.01.2022. On this cooler 1 year warantee given by the company. It was just two month gone after useing this cooler. On dt. 19.5.22 This cooler is not do work. We plugged it in with an electricity board but it was not ON and the light was also not ON at the cooler display panel.

I am writing to report an issue with my recently purchased Kelvinator air conditioner. The unit was purchased approximately one month ago, and it is already showing significant problems.

Unusual Sound: The AC is making a continuous/unusual noise during operation, which was not present when it was first installed. The sound appears to come from the indoor unit and sometimes increases while the compressor is running.

Poor Cooling Performance: The AC is not cooling the room properly. Even after setting the temperature to a low setting (e.g., 18–22°C), the cooling is insufficient and inconsistent, especially compared to how it functioned when first installed.

Recent Purchase: As mentioned, the product is only about a month old, and I expected proper functioning under the warranty period.

AC colling is not working, even i have set the ac temp to 16 in small room size 12x12.
it was working fine two days back. all sudden it stops working. recently i bought this AC.

My AC is under warranty and complaint was logged in on 17th June but technician refused to visit due to previous bill issue and dealer is not replying to me and helping to me. I am experiencing a bad attitude and service system from Kelvinator.

Very bad service another time compressor problem they charge for gas if compressor not working 4000rs for gas is this our fault compressor is in warranty purchased 7 ac from reliance digital store saharanpur very rude behaviour bad service bad product never buy

I got my ac 4 times repaired got it 5 months back only technicians told me it can’t be repaired anymore it is under warranty and still it’s been a month there’s no news on it ac is still not working

I bought Kelvinator 1.5 ton inverter 5 star split A.C. from the shop Auto World wazirpur New Delhi on 18 march 2023. Since then, it has been repaired 8 times but in vain. I requested to replace this defective piece as it has become a great disturbance in the study of my son who is using it. Customer support officers say the only word "SORRY" Shopkeeper from whom I purchased it paying no need. I have no option but to put my complaint to consumer forum. Please instruct the concernd to replace the defective piece and penalise the company for my mental harassment

We had made a purchase of AC in the month of MAY'23 and we had made a bad decision by choosing the Kelvinator brand.
In the 3 months this defected product make us suffered alot.
Now Again we are suffering with your product.
Now there is water leakage in the indoor unit.
For how many time we need to make request to you for this one single product which we had purchased from your company.

This is for the very first time we had purchased the product from KELVINATOR and i think we had made the wrong decision by purchasing such company's product who is not able to provide the services to their customers

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase of a Kelvinator 1.5-ton AC. From the first day, the outdoor unit has been defective, and despite multiple complaints over the past three months, it has not been replaced.
Each time I contact your customer support, I am given the contact information of a new person, leading to further delays in the replacement process. This has caused immense frustration and inconvenience.
I urge you to prioritize this matter and promptly replace the faulty outdoor unit. Failure to do so within the next week will force me to escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities and share my negative experience publicly.
I expect a swift response and a resolution to this matter.

I have kalvinator double door refrigerator since 2004. model
KRV-195 FF. This refrigerator not cooling in frezzer but fan is properly working . bulk ice covered near fan and back side of freezer. Than fan make noise.

3 months back we purchased one AIR Cooler but its not working and raised the Compliant but there is no response.

I bought Kelvinator washing machine with model no: KS6714TB which was bought on[protected] unfortunately on[protected] the washing machine started producing smoke and then catches fire. we were able to extinguish the fire otherwise it could have brought a lot of damage to the house and people leaving in it. Therefore if there is anything the company could provide us to solve this worst situation it will be a help
