To, 02.06.2009 The Commissioner Municipal Corporation of Delhi Civil Line Delhi-110054 Subject: SANITATION IN UN AUTHORISED COLONY, 952, KESHAV NAGAR, MUKTI ASHRAM, BURARI, DELHI-36 Sir, I have send several complaint against following to your office, but there is no action has been taken so for reason best known by your office. kindly look following mater and take action please:- It is inform you that the outlet Nalis of this Colony is full of water and garbage, Malwa of Cow Dung and also dirty water is flowing in the street in B-Block, and on the road, Causing increasing of mosquito’s which my leads to spread of Malarias. Also inform that the representative of Health Department is visiting frequently but of no use. You are therefore requested to kindly arrange for cleaning these nalis to avoid the spread of Mosquito. Madam/Sir,
In response to your below said mail, we wish to enumerate only the major and urgent civic problems in un authorized Colony Keshav Nagar, Burari Road, Delhi-110036 which have not been responded at all by the authorities concerned so far. We wonder your channel of communication could resolve the outstanding problems; we would welcome it with abundance of appreciation and gratitude, which we will publicly acknowledge!
1. Cleaning of storm water drains throughout the colony which have become a fertile place for breeding of mosquitoes.
2. Dog menace - Daily a few cases of dogs' biting taking place with enormous suffering and expenditure. This is growing in abundance with no solution! Some time we wonder whether we are living in a remote under villager or in the heart of a mega city - the capital of India.
3. Repairing/relaying of service lanes and main and inner roads in the Keshav Nagar colony which are in a very bad shape.
4.Encroachments are not being removed at all to facilitate e.i out let nail, s, road and parking of vehicles etc.
5. Cleaning of sewerage system by a mechanical system
6. Delay of the water pipe and sewerage lines - getting worn out as they were laid more than 3 decades back.
On all the above items an innumerable of letters and memoranda had been sent to all the authorities concerned and brought to personal notice of our representatives i.e. Councillor and MLA but no effect at all! Who would care and resolve the problems? Can the DELHI GOVT. under BHAGIDARI SCHEME IN MY DELHI I CARE arrange to solve them? We will wait and watch!?

This is to inform you that the members of RWA Keshav Nagar Jan Kalyan Samiti. has decided that your services are no more required as FICTITIOUS president of RWA Keshav Nagar Jan Kalyan Samiti due to your non performance and unexpected behavior. Regarding the same the Intimation has been sent to registrar of society Delhi on dated 02.07.2012 and it has been confirmed by the registrar of societies. Also would like to inform you that you are not authorized to further communication with any government department as president RWA Keshav Nagar Jan Kalyan Samiti. The Delhi Govt. have been confirm the President to Sh. Pritam Singh on dated 26.04.2013 vide letter no. CMO/ASB/RTI/ID-2198/2013/2372.

We glad to inform you that All respective members of RWA have decided that Mr. Pritam Singh Khurana will be the new President of RWA Keshav Nagar Jan Kalyan Samiti. and also Mr. C.S. Kataria to be general secretary of RWA Keshav Nagar in the presidentship of S. Pritam Singh till held general election in future.
You are hereby informed that Keshav Nagar Jan Kalyan Samiti was never dissolved and as such the president ship still remains with me. The election conducted by the resident of colony was not in proper as the RWA was not dissolved and neither any resolution to this effect passed by the members nor any information was given to the Registrar. महोदय जी
केशव नगर कालोनी में कुछ असमाजिक तत्व जो चौकीदार सैक्यूरिटी गार्ड घर दफ़तरों में बर्तन साफ़ करने वाले ड्राईवर व शराबी किस्म के कुछ लोग गैरकानूनी तौर पर कालोनी का प्रधान व अन्य कई लोगों को आर डब्लयू के पधाधिकारी बताते हुये कालोनी वासियों से केशव नगर में विकास कराने के नाम पर जबरन पैसा वसूली कर रहे हैं। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल शराब पीने व जुआ खेलने के लिये किया जा रहा है। तथा पिछले 5-6 महिनों से कालोनी में चोरी लूटपाट महिलाओं से छेडछाड की घटनाओं में बढोतरी हुई है। कालोनी में रात्री के 11-12 के बीच कई खतरनाक किश्म के बाहरी लोग गाडियों में आते हैं जोकि देखने से उनके इरादे ठीक नहीं लगते। उनको देखने से डर लगता है। कुछ आवारा युवक कालोनी की स्ट्रीट लाईटों के बल्ब व तार तोड देते हैं जिससे अन्धेरा होने पर कई अपराधिक घटनाओं को अनजाम दे दिया जाता है। जान कार सूत्रों से मालूम हुआ कि एक दो युवतियां मसाज पार्लर की आड में गलत कार्य में लिप्त हैं जिससे कालोनी में माहौल खराब हो रहा है।
अत: आपसे निवेदन है उपरोक्त विषय को ध्यान में रखते हुये कानूनी कार्यवाही करने कृपा करें जिससे कालोनी में चोरी लूट्पाट व अन्य अपराध पर अंकुश लग सके।

It is inform you that the outlet Nalis of this Colony is full of dirty blackish water and garbage and also dirty water is flowing on the road Causing increasing of mosquito’s breeding which my leads to spread of Malarias and Dengue like fever. Also inform that the no any representative of Health Department is visiting frequently in this locality due to which chidren as well as many people are suffering from fever. There's a major mosquito breeding which is happening near our surroundings due to garbage dump..
Kindly do something urgently otherwise it will lead to major epidemic like Malaria...Pls arrange for the Pesticides spray in our appts & our area as it's almost impossible to walk in our area post 6 pm in the evening.
Therefore we request to please arrange for cleaning these nalis to avoid the spread of Mosquito and direct officials to spray anti malarial medicines to stop such breeding with immediate effect.. This will help in not spreading of Malaria & Dengue in future.

करावल नगर आम आदमी पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष नरेंद्र कुमार के नजदीकी सहयोगी बुराड़ी विधानसभा आम आदमी पार्टी के सचिव, बुराड़ी विधानसभा के विधायक प्रतिनिधि, दिल्ली जलबोर्ड के प्रतिनिधि, केशव नगर के विधायक द्वारा संचालित प्रधान जयप्रकाश यादव की काली करतूत सामने आई है। यह व्यक्ति कहने को तो सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता है, लेकिन अपने ही आसपड़ोस की महिलाओं पर बुरी नजर रखता है। एक ऐसे ही मामले में पिछले दिनों इस व्यक्ति को जब पकड़ा गया तो मुहल्ले के लोगों ने उसकी अच्छी-खासी धुनाई कर दी। आम आदमी पार्टी से जुड़ा यह व्यक्ति 40-45 साल की उम्र का है। इसके दो बच्चे हैं औऱ दोनों युवा हैं।
पीड़ित महिला लगभग 26 साल की है। इस व्यक्ति के आसपड़ोस में ही रहती है और दुकान चलाती है। उक्त महिला को यह व्यक्ति दरू के नशे में वॉट्सऐप पर उलटे-सीधे मैसेज किया करता था। महिला ने पहले इसे सामाजिक संबंधों का हवाला देते हुए काफी समझाया, लेकिन जब इसने नहीं माना तो उसने अपने पति को सारी बात बताई और उसके बाद मुहल्ले के लोगों ने मिलकर इसकी धुनाई कर दी। ऐसे लोगों के रहते समाज में विकृति ही आएगी। विधायक और संगठन को ऐसे व्यक्ति पर तुंरत कार्रवाई करने की सख्त जरूरत है।

I reside at sector 46, faridabad, the road condition in our sector is pathetic, sewer system is not working properly, water is coming out from sewer near house no. 295 and 343, sector 46, faridabad. No body is bothering about complaints lodged by residents.
