Defective Product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purschased the said shoe "KHADIM'S' for my child dt. 29.11.09 from Khadim's Shoe Room, Opp. Raymond Shoe Room, Near Hathua Market, Patna. I am also Telephonic call Kolkatta Khadim's Office dt.[protected]Phone No.[protected] dt. 04-12-09 &[protected] dt.[protected] and mail [protected]@khadims.com, [protected]@khadims.com dt.[protected] but not response. till date. Pls. help me.

Khadim — Purchased product dismantled in 10 days of purchase

Hi,
I had purchased a new pair of shoes from your Bokaro showroom last month and within 10 days of its use, its sole got dismantled from its place. I had contacted your respective shops sales person and he had assured me of replacing the product with a new one, but i haven't received any further update on this.
Please note that, we are a regular customer of your product and it brings a wrong image of the company if any such issues arises and when the after sales services are embarrassing.
Please let me know as to upto what time can this issue can be fixed.

Khadim's want to return that person shoe. I am also agree.
i purchased one shoe from khadim outlet in bokaro.within 10 days its sole got dismantled.now they are telling me that they will repair the shoe.but i completely disagree with this and i want replacement because that shoe is beyond repair.

Khadim — Pathetic quality and no replacement

I bought a pair of sandals at Mylapore outlet in December. There was a 3 month guarantee on sole cracks. That raised my eye-brows. Interestingly, after a few weeks o[censored]sage, cracks developed across in both the sandals. I went for the replacement and was given the same after I had to give the original bill. However, when asked about replacement for the replacement incase it fails too, there was no answer. The replacement failed too in a couple of weeks.

On going to store where I had paid for such a pathetic product, the store incharge raised his hands. I asked for the customer complaint contact details.

Here is the interesting part:
I call the given number and the person asks all details and then gives me another number to call at. I call the other number and narrate the entire story all over again. This person tells me that the person-in-charge is "out for lunch" (at 2:30 PM IST) and asked me to call after 1/2 hour. I yell my anger and he assures me a call back. After having not received a call back for 1.5 hours, I call to find out that working hours have ended and everyone has left for the day.

I could not find the contact information of anyone senior in the company to give a piece of my mind yet. I am going ahead with filing a case with the consumer court. Let us see what is next.
i m also another victim of khadim.last month i buy a sandal for me but i dont were this pare not even 15 days, becoz its finger joint is completely separated, misfortunately my cash mamo was misplaced thats why i cant complaint anywhere .im from agartala, tripura.

I would like to introduce as Anand. I used to purchase my shoes from Khadim's for the past 3 years. But, i didn't faced these kind of problems.

If I purchase a shoe it will have a life of atleast 6 months whereas, I have changed 3 shoes for the past 3 months. The skin of the shoe is pealing up & the shoe which I purchased recently the bottom is opening. Basically, I am an Administrator & HR in a software company. So, where ever I go people used to notice me & because, of this I lose my confidence level & dignity. If necessary action is not taken this is my last shoe which I purchase in khadim's & I will swift my self to BATA or to some local dealer. I trusted Khadim's but now its betraying me.

We was parch age your products one shoe is also damage and your shop is replace the shoe. but contently ladies chappal is damage(pasting problem) your shop repair(stanching on) it. but its locking ode and your shop person give the bad response, bill no 210112 and material acceptance slip no- A[protected]. Please see the matter.I will reminder this comp lend If company do not take any action than we will go to consume forma, Take the stable action.
