      I have been billed twice for my purchase of Rs. 671. When I checked my account balance immediately, I told the shop seller. He informs me that, I have to mail to the company to get my excess amount billed. This is going to be a huge scam.
      To get the excess amount billed which was a sales man mistake, they are asking me to mail and get the refund. I am not able to get the excess amount refund.

        I had been to khadims (100ft Road ) Mandya today and the shop in charge Nandini and a boy working there denied to give the sandals for the trial to check the size and spoke very rudely which was very disrespectful and very poor customer service .Kindly go through my complaint and do the needful.

            I have ordered 2 products from khadims in the past
            But due to some reason my address got changed and i want to cancel my order.From the customer care I got that once delivery boy call you for your delivery you can cancel the order.
            After few days I got one message that your order is delivered.I have no idea on how they delivered the order without calling me
            I have raised complaint 100 times but didin't get any response from your side

              Khadims have not returned my refund back. They mailed me that i will receive it within 2-4 days. But its been more than 10days. I called the customer service but still no response.

                  I had done a online payment for purchase of rs1650/- towards khadims on 5/02/2020
                  The site was showing order is in process
                  After few days my id was disabled n it was showing no orders in my account
                  I got confirmed with cc avenue gateway through mail that my payment towards khadims is sucessfull
                  They r notreplying for any of my mail complaint, there other contact numbers are not answering properly, customer care is not picking the call since from 15 days

                    15 days back i purchased a shoe from khadims at a discount offer. 4 days after i used the sandal, it started peeling off. I took it immediately to the nearest khadims show room for exchange but they simply denied saying that it was on discount, i understand if atleast i had used the product for more than a month. But 4 days? Do you think being a consumer, you are giving enough justice to someone who brought it out of her hard earned money?
                    This is not the end of the story.

                    Also a month back, my uncle who stays in saudi arabia, had come over a monthly vacation and needed to purchase shoes. I am a regular customer of khadims since 6 years and i recommended him to come over. He purchased it and he left from india last week. Today is the 3rd day of him going to office in those shoes and the shoe too peeled off its leather. And for your information, that was not a discounted product. I don’t clearly remember if all lazard shoes were off prices that time but i dont think so. He surely doesn’t have the bill but i can retrieve all the credit card information for seeking the date of purchase. Yes, the date of purchase is 28th jan 2019 at 9:47 pm and the bill amount was 4993 inr. You can check your records.
                    The shopping was done at khadims esplanade mall bhubaneswar odisha.
                    My only point is are you really not cheating innocent consumers like us?
                    Let me make it very straight to you. I am not a jobless sitting here and framing long emails. There are two repeated instances of the same thing and khadims did nothing to me offline. No response they simply sent me back. Atleast if you are outting a discount hoarding on your filthy shoes, just also let people know that it is a defective shoe and khadims intends to loot people out of it.

                    I am not going to tolerate this anymore. I will take this forward if none of you reverts to my email. I will file a serioud consumer complaint and make sure you are sued. I expect an honest apology and compensation at the earliest.

                      This complaint is regarding a product purchased from one of the khadim's outlet (Gnb road, silpukhuri store) here in guwahati. The item being sold was not of khadim's original product and it wore out within 2 months o[censored]se. Upon query about the product with the manager of the outlet, the billing receipt was demanded that was unavailable at that point of time, but he did not entertain our request about the duplicate product being sold under the banner of khadims. A global brand such as khadims should never be selling such a counterfeit product in their outlet under the company's name and using that logo. This clearly brings a bad rapport for the brand and a distrust among the customers. Kindly look into the matter with due concern at earliest to curb such an illegal practise at your respective outlet. Attaching images of the product (A pair of chappals) for your reference. Hoping for communication and a responsive action from your end.

                        Yesterday i complained about my refund. Today one phone call from khadims called and told me that they will give me the refund. Then he took my debit card no and expiry date. After that i received my otp for transaction. I want the refund for the shoe price but there is otp for for online transaction of rs. 8819.0. Then i told him what you are doing by taking this otp. Then he cut my call. Then i called him and he didn't receive.

                        I ordered a shoe on 24th september by online payment (Netbanking). After 10 days on october 3rd they canceled my order. Then i asked them for refund. They took my bank details. Then they mailed me that my refund was initiated bt still i am not received my refund. I always ask them for my refund through email. They donot reply any of my emails. They donot receive any of my calls. How can i get my refund please help me.

                        I bought a turk shoe from MANI SQUARE KHADIMS store on[protected]. It cost is Rs 1599. Within 3 months, the shoe got torn out, and pasting open up. I was having faith in KHADIMS products, but now I wonder to see the quality of the product. It is completely BELOW THE GRADE PRODUCT. I want immediate replacement of the product.

                          For this product I pay an amount of Rs-2000 as I have no change and the Cashier refund back two five hundreds note n three one-hundreds note with two rupees coin n five Solano sweets, I was at hurry so I didn't check the Balance at the time when the Cashier gave me back, after two hours I was counting my money and it was Rs-500 less, I rush to the Store n spoke to the Cashier, he said he pay me the exact amount, I ask him to compare the sale and cash in hand at the time but, he said it won't b possible, than fine let me know when your store closing whether you have excess amount. But I didn't get any call, next day I when I spoke the same he said no extra amount is shown, but the amount is exceeded I can give you 110% guarantee.

                          What I wana say is that this Cashier is getting the extra amount while belling from any customer, if he is Sincere he will show me the exact sale and cash at the time. This shows his is not sincere at all to the customer.
                          I'll still complaining about this till I got success.

I have give back for pasting and again within 10 day same problems created again. pasting removed from same shoe same place. What should I do to solve my problem. Please guide me .

                            I have bought a shoes from your company shop, prahladnagar, khadims, shop no-11, ground floor, campus corner - ii, ahmedabad, on[protected], but with regret i informed you that within 20 days, pasting removed from shoe, and i have give back to your company shoe, it gave me back very late not in time give by them, but after 10 days same problem create again, pasting removed from same place, now you guide me what should i do, go to consumer dispute court, or throw it in you company shoe.
                            I have seen many complain give by customer but there is no response from your side. I will go to your company shoe tomorrow, give him instruction what ever you like as per reputation of you company.

                              I am murali and i have brought khadims shoes on( 28/06/2016) place khadims shopp no 1, 2 plot no.2 sapthagiri complex bhagyanagar colony, kphb, hyderabad-560072 ph:[protected] but now they are damaged. i bought those shoes because of faith i have in the brand. you people given one year of warranty for them, but its only 3 months from the time i have bought.you can see the bellow images to know how they were damaged. when i asked in the shop they told that we will do service for your shoes but i want replacement.

                                This is my request plse share this pic (Khadims, arcot road, porur), i have purchased a cut shoe 5 months back for 2500/- in khadims, arcot road, porur branch. Within 2.5months half of the shoe sole came out hence they provided new one and the cashier told 1 or 2 shoe may be like that, again that new shoe had same issue. Went to shop on 13th may to compliant but the cashier (The person who exchange the first shoe) asked bill and i asked who will carry bill for all the purchase and that too 5 months back. He finally understood, told to take different model shoe. Hence went on 22may to get new shoe but the area manager (Soman das - left side of the pic folded hand and palash hildar - right side of the pic) asked me the bill, i asked who will carry bill for all the purchase. He said without the bill he won't give new shoe. I told to the area manager, your cashier know that i only purchased the shoe and cashier also say to his area manager that i only purchased and accepted to provide new model. But his area manger is very harsh and not even ready to talk as if he is giving at free of cost. Totally khadims are ready to loot the customers money by giving the worst quality of products. So plse friends don't purchase in khadims. Plse avoid khadims brand shoes and chapel's. They are expensive but the quality is zero

                                  I have bought a slipper type of ladies footwear from Esplaned Store, The company is Cleo, the product quality is too bad, I feel pain to ware it for long time.I think I lose my rs.499 to buy this product. Absolutely ridiculous. Its starts bending after 7 to 10 days o[censored]sing. Products are not satisfied our level need to improvement more.The quality of khadim is going down day by day. They are not able to maintain the latest style and design the staff themselves are really confused in most of the shops about the product that they are selling. I will never ever buy footwear from here, worst experience for me.

                                  As got cheated, I categorically tell that this is one such useless company cheating their customers with literally poor quality /unfinished product. Unfinished??? you may ask how.. But that is true. For certain products / parts there needs very important processes like sintering, setting, etc. For example, metal Zip runners, rubber soles of shoes need a secondary but very important process called sintering. Only then the product / part gains its true strength. same time is a time consuming process so expensive. But nobody can visually identify whether they got sintered or not until they are tried (even with hands enough). In case of a zip runner, you can just try to squeeze by hands. It will break into pieces if not sintered. same way, rubber soles! If you try to fold / squeeze... tha's it. it will break / come apart / go into pieces. You won't believe... Khadim's products are falling in this category. ex: TURK shoes.

But only after two days of wearing the shole pasting damaged and cannot wear.I went to the showroom with the shoes and they said its manufacturing defect but they have no liability for goods sold on discount.                                       I have purchased one “BRITISH WALKER” item no [protected] A/W13-CY- Gents of size 6 cost 2199.00 on 15.03.2015 from B.T. Road Khadims address 41, B.T.Road, P.S. Baranagore Kolkata-700050 having invoice number INV/027939/14-15. Wearing this shoes on 17.03.2015 I felt a huge pain on my left foot and I also found that after wearing the shoe my left leg stand a tilt position towards inwards, which is not its normal position. As I remember I did not purchased any seconds or “sell” quality. I got surprised about how Khadim sold defective shoes( having manufacturing defects ) to the customers after all they are having a brand name. Again I got shocked when I visited the B.T. Road Khadims on 18.03.2015 and explain my problem to the sales counter, but they did not listen to my problem, and after asking to produce the complain register to me so that I can lodge my complain they produce one ordinary copy book but after my argument they provide me a VISITOR’s Remarks book for lodging my complain and I lodge my complain accordingly. The representative mention me clearly that they are unable to provide any resolution to my issue as per the company’s policy, and I may left my shoe to the store.
