I BOUGHT TWO KHAITAN ZOLTA CEILING FANS LAST YEAR IN THE MONTH OF JULY. AND COMPANY GIVEN ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS MODEL. BUT JUST AFTER FINISH OF THIS WARRANTY PERIOD IT IS SHOWING BAD PERFORMANCE. THE SPEED OF FAN IS VERY SLOW EVEN ON HIGH SPEED VOLUME. I INFORMED TO THE NEAREST CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY GAVE POOR RESPONCE AS HE TOLD THAT THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS FINISHED AND SO THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ANT TYPE OF SERVICE OR REPAIRING OF THE FANS. SUCH TYPE OF BAAD RESPONSE BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER,I AM SHOCKED BECAUSE SINCE LAST SO MANY YEARS WE ARE USING KHAITAN FANS AND WE ARE HAVING A GOOD FAITH ABOUT THIS BRAND. BUT NOW WE ARE LOOSING OUR FAITH.
