[Resolved]  khan gold care — send application with land documents for tower

same happens with me. . . i read their add in gujarat's news paper. . . i contact them n send documents along 4000/- rs DD. . . but now they r giving any response. . . i m tryin everyday on theri no. . .

I am Prakash Maruthi Sawant, my contact numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. My CRN Number is MUM/12375/1980, which was assigned to me by Khan Gold Care. I had sent in 2 DD's for rupees 3700 & 2500, along with the declaration on the stamp paper that was posted to me by Khan Gold Care. Later I received confirmation for the date of survey as 4th June 2010, and was told that I will receive a phone call from the survey team between 1st June to 3rd June any time, however I have not received any phone call yet from the survey team, hence I tried to call on all the phone numbers mentioned in the letters that I had received from Khan Gold Care, however now all the numbers are switched off and I am unable to contact Khan Gold Care. Kindly contact & let me know will the survey team approch me & when, waiting for ur response.

I am from baramati pune , ... same happened with me also, I had received approved latter, which was assigned to me by Khan Gold Care. I had sent in 2 DD's for rupees 3700 & 2500, along with the declaration on the stamp paper that was posted to me by Khan Gold Care. Later I received confirmation for the date of survey as 3rd June 2010, and was told that I will receive a phone call from the survey team between 1st June any time & you need to stay with our survey team people on that day for your agreement , however I have not received any phone call yet from the survey team, hence I tried to call on all the phone numbers mentioned in the letters that I had received from Khan Gold Care, however now all the numbers are switched off and I am unable to contact Khan Gold Care. Kindly contact & let me know will the survey team approch me & when, waiting for ur response.

Same happen with me also I am from Kapadwanj, but this is not a way to find out the scame we have contacted on concern address address is true whether KGC fraud or not, so let the bangalore police to inform for the same, please try to file FIR for the same if someone in bangalore or any relative in bangalore and recheck with bank detail it was crossed draft so it will be paid in KHAN GOLD CARE acount only, please try to take detail of operator from bank with the help of Police and FIR lodge.

Same thing happen to me also, iam from Pune...i think Mr Rohit is saying the correct thing, we can file a FIR...it is surely a fraud company...and we should also find the details...from the media people for printing such a false add...Contact No- [protected]

I'm Dr. Madhusudan Vaidya from Ratnagiri. same happened in case of me also. I have send DD of 3700 and 2500/- each. i was always in contact with them and they informed me that the team will contact you on 3rd june but in vain... since then i'm calling them but nobody is picking the phone. i think how all of them have gauranteed to visit around 3-5 june? secondly why phones are switched off?
WE SHOULD UNITELY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND PUT FIR...

I'm Ravindra Panday from Lucknow & the same happened with me also.I have submitted the above mentioned 2 DDs alongwith the req. documents & also contact the KGC helpline no. [protected] at Banglore on 29/05/10.They said that the survey will be conducted on 06/06/10.I'm trying to contact him for confirmation but all the nos. are switched off.I think, we have been cheated & it is necessary to take some action against them.
