First of all I would like to clear you that this is not a complaint, rather it is a kind request from my side to get reprint of boarding pass for the journey undergone on 30.06.2008 by kingfisher flight IT 2554 H (eticket no: 090 [protected] and PNR no: IOGJQH) from Raipur to Indore. I lost the same during my transit & required urgently to get it reimbursed from my company. It would be highly appriciable, if you could send the same at the earlist to my email address.

I had cancelled the my ticket with PNR number on 10th of September. At the time of cancellation I was told that the refund amount (approx 5500/-) will be rolled back into my credit card account with in 15 working days.
But alas, nearly 2 months have passed and there is no clue about refund. I have called customer care several times and all they do is to tell me that process was initiated on 10th September and you should have got your refund, everytime they say that "I have initiated process from my side,
you will get a call from concerned department with in 3 days". But I have never got any call from them, obviously when they have to refund the money why would they bother to call. If customer has to pay the money they have very strict rules, but same rules don't apply for refund at all; and then claim to be the best airline in India. Actually amount has not been refunded in my account at all. I have got one transaction reference number; but bank says there is no transaction with this number. I wonder where the process is hanging. I guess the problem is with the refund department of Kingfisher airlines, which has not done any refund.

sir i had booked a ticket bearing ticket no FMN03Q3DVIC from delhi to port blair via chennai dated 06 AUG 09 kingfisher it -234 from delhi to chennai and kingfisher IT 3631 from chennai to port blair dated 07AUG 09, unfortunately i was not able to board this flight from chennai i cancelled the ticket on 07 Aug 09 till date no refunding has been done.

Kingfisher Airlines — Delay Refund
I cancelled my Air Deccan Ticket No:-8134192 on 24th July 2008. The Refund ref no is 194384. Since July, I am persuing the case with their CALL centre number, with guest Guest Commitment executives and even with chairman's e-mail. The case is not yet resolved. Rather I have to bear interest charged the ICICI credit card for the said amount. I do not know, where to complain in these cases.
