No refund for my cancelled e-ticket by Kingfisher Airlines. I had cancelled my flight from Dubai to Bangalore dated 3rd April 2012.The PNR No: BTBMSE, E-ticket no.:[protected] and the flight was IT46. I had cancelled vide ref:[protected] on 5th March 2012. As informed by the customer care executive the refund was supposed to get credited to my account within 5 to 10 working days. It has been more than 20 working days now and the amount has not been credited to my account. Whenever I approach them they only keep giving me new dates but not the refund. I have also written a number of mails to mails to [protected]@flykingfisher.com and to [protected]@flykingfisher.com but all in vain. I did not receive even a single response from their end. It’s really very disappointing and upsetting. The customer care executives are non-responsive and misleading. I am not able to digest that there is nobody who can take charge of these small things. With reference to above, actual journey had not been incurred by me due to late coming of train by 6.15 hours. meanwhile I had tried to cancel the ticket by "irctc.co.in", but that was not processed. It was very great inconviniance to me that I had traveled by another trian in gereral category. Please confirm ur record & refund me 100% of ticket charge.
