[Resolved] Kingston — poor response of service centre. | |||
I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive to Kingston service center at Drishti services, krishna mall, Tonk road Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 may 2010 for replacement under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 7 days as the product was out of stock and was supposed to be shipped from NEW DELHI. But after repeatedly calling so many times the pen drive has not arrived till yet even when Delhi is just 6 hours drive from Jaipur.
