[Resolved]  Kingston — poor response of service centre.

I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive to Kingston service center at Drishti services, krishna mall, Tonk road Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 may 2010 for replacement under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 7 days as the product was out of stock and was supposed to be shipped from NEW DELHI. But after repeatedly calling so many times the pen drive has not arrived till yet even when Delhi is just 6 hours drive from Jaipur. Now also the person at the service center is telling that the pen drive will come after 15 days.

I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive to Kingston service center To Mr. VImal Shah, B/301 Akshat appartment, High Tention Road, Subhanpura, Baroda, Gujart, India. on 18 June 2010 for repair/ service under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 6 days as the product was to be sent to the further service station. But after 1o when i visited the center the persson has already vacated the house. So i contacted to the newly opened service center at G/5 R.K.Centre, Fatehganj, Baroda, Gujarata, India. And even they are also not andsering my question.

It is really very ridiculous post buying service i ever had...
