Sir/Madam
I have purchased a RAM from Amazon. It came with lifetime warranty. Now I am facing some issues with this RAM in my system so I have raised a complaint regarding this on the official website. They replied "we discontinued this model, we can replace you another model".
The problem in this is the model which they are offering is very cheap and doesn't have those features. They are offering very low graded model. It is not in comparison with my previous model.
They are saying again and again in last 6-7 days that "contact your point of purchase". I interacted with my point of purchase i.e. Amazon, they clearly denied that we don't entertain such services, warranty claim is not comes under Amazon policies for this you have to visit Official website of the product.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The company had asked me for 10 days on 15 march 2023, but no resolution has been given so far, so the consumer wants the resolution to be provided as soon as possible.

      I have received sms saying flight delayed for 6 hour 9w-76
      Bom to hkg
      Since i was travelling from bangalore my flight reached at international airport 9.30 pm and i directly visit at jetairway international counter. But behavior of the staff member not at all good. I was at counter almost 25 min. But they were no response from reservation team for my ticket new ticket modification. Since i have onwards journey from hkg to tpe.
      This is really very not good.
      Please take necessary action on this

        I went on nehru place kingston service center at skylark building 6th floor. When i gave my last yr purchased 8gb hyperxfury ram to the staff of service center he replied that it can't be reaplced bcz product have some junk on its tooth. Then i immediately rub off the junk from ram. Nearly only 1-3tooth have some junk on its tail. He rudely refuse to take it.
        I only want to ask how is it possible to give back 1 yr used ram as clean as new sealed pack purchased ram. There might be some blackish tooth of ram because this is india.

              Hi All,
              I bought a 32GB Kingston pen drive on 23rd June 2012 from an unknown person speaking Hindi in chandhanagar, a busy area. He showed me a nicely packed pendrive and said it was an orignal one and asked for Rs.500 i negotiated and bought it for 300.Next day when i checked it in my laptop it showed it was corrupted and i was not able to access it or format it.


              PLEASE BE CAREFUL.NEVER EVER BUY ANY STUFFS FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON.

                    I have a 2 GB RAM SNO- 9np592n-006A01LF.i go to Kingston service center at nehru place for replacement,but they didn`t they put me waiting for 1 hour and then told that due to some dust we can`t replace and they will if i remove this with eraser when i do accordingly he told me to come after 3 hr and after 3 hr he said the label is tampered and we cant't replace it.
                    this is their regular behavior. and label on my RAM is absolutely fine.

                      I had a Kingston Pendrive which was not working I took it to the nearest Service Centre with the name "RE-STORE", at Jaipur. They did the preliminary investigation about the physical status of the PenDrive and okaying it they me the receipt and told me to collect the pendrive after 15 days when I called them about the status of my pendrive replacements they told me to collect it from their centre and when I reached there they told me that my pendrive was found open and thus cannot be changed.I contacted their senior in delhi "Gaurav Khanna" he just told that he will look into the matter and then replied with a frustrating line that "We have our engineers trained from Taiwan and they can't be wrong."

                      My question to the company and their representatives is that at the local centre the pendrive was checked for physical damage and it was found proper thats why they gave me the slip for servicing and Now at their Headquarters in NewDelhi they tell that the Pendrive was found open and can't be replaced as per the physical damage policy. I would like to know a pendrive tested okay for physical damage at their local centre was found damaged physically at the HeadQuarters and they blame the Customer for that and keep bragging about their employees being trained in Taiwan.

                      Boooo Kingston.... it Sucks. Now I came to know why these pendrives of kingston costs 20 rupees less.
                      No one should buy Kingston Products Boycott this Company.......

                            I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive to Kingston service center at Drishti services, krishna mall, Tonk road Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 may 2010 for replacement under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 7 days as the product was out of stock and was supposed to be shipped from NEW DELHI. But after repeatedly calling so many times the pen drive has not arrived till yet even when Delhi is just 6 hours drive from Jaipur. Now also the person at the service center is telling that the pen drive will come after 15 days.

                            I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive to Kingston service center To Mr. VImal Shah, B/301 Akshat appartment, High Tention Road, Subhanpura, Baroda, Gujart, India. on 18 June 2010 for repair/ service under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 6 days as the product was to be sent to the further service station. But after 1o when i visited the center the persson has already vacated the house. So i contacted to the newly opened service center at G/5 R.K.Centre, Fatehganj, Baroda, Gujarata, India. And even they are also not andsering my question.

                            It is really very ridiculous post buying service i ever had...

                                why it is taking so much time ? accel frontline service center is one of the worst service centre in country.
                                they told me that it will replace in 15-20 days . when i check online status then it is showing that Sorry, web enabled service is not configured for this vendor(kingston).                                 Kingston — cancel replacement of 2gb traveller

                                dear sir,

                                i had purchase ua new kingston 2gb data traveller in 2010 of white and grey color so sir it had acqired problem of detecting and i got the new piece under the replacement policy yesterday itself. but i want to have my old non-working piece back as soon as possible and i also have not yet unpacked th new pendrive...
                                SO SIR PL I request you to please grant me back my old piece by telling you one of the service centers in on paud road,pune..... sir please that will be a great help sir i will return you your new packed piece immeditely after getting that pendrive back

                                      while formatting my memory card it displays a warning message as "cannot open volume for direct access".To get technical support from this company we are not provided the necessary details about the company ,at where we have to repair or format our memory card (1GB) through as this is the option provided by other company of its products ...for ex:transcend company provides their complete information about their products in the following link:

Run OS built-in tools for checking and correcting this kind of errors".

                                        I think this is a common problem... I have the same issue... In my case, I have a 4GB Kingston Data Traveler II and I've tried everything. I've tried low level formatting using the tool from hddguru.com, I've tried chkdsk x: /f, I've tried re-partition it with Paragon Partition Manager and it's the same... I think I need to buy a new one... Anyway, if somebody gets a solution for this, please let me know: aldouni at yahoo dot com

                                          i have purchase one pendrive from deep computers bhopal..i have taken pendrive of 4 GB.. but its memory is only 378MB. and that shopkeeper says not to change that pendrive.. so sir please help me.what can i do

                                          Sir i have purchase new pen drive last year & shop keeper asked me Kingston company pen drive warranty is five years so i vll purchase Kingston product & after nine months My pen drive was not working & i vll go service center & he reply ur pen drive is damage but already it is not damage, If Kingston company provide ur service center on Saree dealer (cloth merchants) so he vll not entertain properly & educately .(if his shop full of his own customer so he vll not entertain Kingston customer properly, he is merchant or shop keeper not engineers)

                                          They are cheating customer by making low quality product and giving 5 years warranty as they were aware that the cap will be broken and than thay would not have to accept as warranty condition.

                                            In Ernakulam some unknown peoples sell's kingstones 32 GB pendrives worth RS 400, when we check its capacity it shows 32 GB but actually it fake. In buying time customers couldn't check its maximum storage efficiency, this is the reason for cheated by unknown persons.

                                              I had recently purchased a pen drive of 4gb from ludhiana (punjab) Last month. it stop working in a week and whnever i try to use it. a message get appear. do you want to format your drive and shows 0 byte free space of total 4gb space.

                                              I have purchased the Kingston Pen Drive of 8GB in[protected] which has a warranty of 5 years. While I was working with the Pen Drive all of a sudden it became inactive. Then I took it to the Accel Frontline Services Limited located at # 32, 1st floor, Upstairs Canara Bank, Sarojini Devi Road, Behind Mohamed Ali and Sons Tent, Hyderabad-03, AP.                                               I have submitted the said pen drive on[protected] and they promised me to return the same within10 to 15 days which they failed to do so. As I am a hardward engineer, I have been facing many problems due to the said pen drive.

                                              dont buy kingston pendrive ever.its the cheapest product i have ever seen.it uses very cheap quality plastics.i bought 16 gb pendrive 20 days back.and it broke with minmal use.never buy kingston pendrive.i my own expereince.

                                                  Its not a fault of kingston Company...Currently in Market there are many duplicate pendrives of kingston pretending to be high capacity. These pendrives only show you that capacity but when u copy content into that Pen drive its impossible to delete that content...In reality they show fake space & doesn't have that much. people sell these pen drives for just Rs.500 or less. Don't purchase any such pen drives. Only purchase from proper dealer and with bill.

                                                  I dont think so. Kingston is best in service as far as my concern, i have purchased my 8GB Kingston and it was not working because of water entered. Still company got me it replaced with no question in 8 days, its good. The pen drive you seen may be FAKE or Duplicate or Corrupted which should be returned to company for service.
