sir,i have purchased a new pendrives were of 16 gb each .when i connect it to the computer it is not working as well i cannot find any option in the system

Kingston Pendrive — it becomes out of order after 3 month
i purchased a 4 gb pendrive of kingston company. which is not working properly.i want some assistance from the company side. wheather they make it workable or change it.

My pendrive is not working.the product is kingston 8gb datatraveller 101 which is having a warranty of five years . I purchased the above pendrive3year back. I hope that you will replace me at early as possible.
