Kk Indane Gas Agency — gas cylinder not delivered | |||
I booked the gas cylinder at KK Indange Gas agency in May through online system.Called up KK indane enterprises, they told they will deliver it that day . same statement is repeated for almost a week. When i checked it in online the status it was showing as bill has been generated for few days. After wards the status was changed to cancelled. When i called up they said it is cancelled and asked me to book it again. I did not get the gas and i have to go for some private gas as my both cylinders are empty. Twice it happened to me. Spoke to so many people , every one are saying the service is too bad. Was this information helpful? | |||

KK Indane — Refill undelivered even after 20 days of booking
Dear Sir,Kindly help by doing the needful.
I made a booking on November 7, 2012. I got a confirmation message on Nov 12, 2012. It is November 27 (20 days since booking) today and still the refill is not delivered.
Please help urgently.
Delivery boy cheated me saying delivery charges of 30 rs extra. I called the agency and no proper response.
Ref to my complaint ([protected]) Mr TS Rayudu.cylinder received today at 10.10am.My complaint against non delivery of cylinder be treated as cancelled

my indane consumer no 76675.my indane gas booking on 12th Dec 11, complain number 279415 and cash memo 6490 is the message i was recieved after booking my gas, but still not yet recieve the gas.
