Delivery boy Santosh MR called me stating that he recieved order but payment was not done . I told him that no order was placed but he insisted otherwise connection will be cancelled . I paid him after that he switched off his mobile and never turned up

    I have booked for the refilling with the kk indane bellandur and waited for almost 10 days for delivery. Later called up for updates but the person gave the delivery person contact and after calling him many time he's making unnecessary excuses ie. Booking got cancelled, he came to to deliver but no one was there..

      I really need a call back on this issue. I have paid 4500 to the kk indane agency and I have still not received my consumer number. And if I need gas I need to call for more than a week to get it delivered. I’m not sure why they are not taking a connection on my name inspite of multiple calls reminders and visits to the kk indane agency. Either I need my money back nor I need a proper connection with prompt response

        I have made a payment of 4500 for new gas connection 4 months back and i have still not received the connection. I try calling the agents they never pick up the call and after multiple times they pick up and disconnect the call. I’m not able to make any bookings since I haven’t received the connection. Multiple times I tried contacting I never get through any of the calls from indane

          Booked the gas cylinder on 14 jan 2019.
          Cash memo generated on 18 jan 2019.
          Waited till 22nd jan 2019.
          Wrong number provided on website. Kept trying to reach out daily but no contact.
          Finally started searching for office. Went to panathur road office but no help.
          Then went to delivery boy location but no help as he didn't attend the call.
          Finally found the devarabeesanhalli office next to sakra hospital.
          Complained for thr cylinder and asked for the complaint number. I was threatened as to whether i will complain to modi. And go complain wherever you can.
          The cylinder was immediately available and surprisingly there was no response since 14th jan and the delivery boy also responded immediately on when called from office.
          Humialiated and harassed just for a cylinder. No one available to even talk properly and listen to consumer grievances.

            My (Name ts rayudu) consumer no. Cx3109495. Cylinder booked on 05 nov 18 booked with rtn [protected] booking no.368889. We r away from bangalore from 09-11-18 to 11-11-18. I received a msg cylinder delivered against cash memo no.[protected]on 10-11-18. My kk indane delivery office is kadbeesanahalli. Nobody received cylinder in my building on behalf of me. I don't know the to whom it was delivered.

              For last two years getting Indane Gas from KK Indane Gas agency has become a nightmare. You call 100 times or 200 times, there is no way you can connect to them. Earlier they used to Harass for tips. Now they don't deliver gas even after 15 days, sometime one month. Recently they said without Adhaar card registration they won't deliver gas. Whereas there is no such rule GVT has imposed. Secondly govt is encouraging to give up subsidy, and these people are harassing to take subsidy! I have still submitted papers 2 weeks back, but still no gas at home. When I went to there office in Bellandur, they area selling Gas in huge number on non subsidized price. I suspect there is some wrongdoing. At home discussion of Gas cylinder has become daily affair and for my Old mom it has become a Nightmare! Please help.

                I do not understand why this KK Indane gas agency which is meant to cater Bellandur customers, is working from Ulsoor ?They just have a distribution centre in Bellandur Devarbisnahalli.If someone has to submit documents for transfer or for any other reason, they need to travel all the way to Ulsoor which is 18kms from here.Instead of setting up a new office for their 2nd agency in Bellandur, these guys have extended their old agency in Ulsoor with added staff to cut the extra cost.
                Moreover the staff who are in front office, in their ulsoor office are not at all aware of the process.They are giving false promises and confirmations just like that without checking.The staff are very rude and they are not the right people to do a customer service.Why the Indane has given them the option of having an office in ulsoor to cater bellandur area customers is a biggggg question mark.may be money matters a lot than the customer satisfaction.

                Absolutely agree with the above comments, downright rude staff, uncouth. My Aadhar details were provided to the agency, and I filled out the form for providing bank account details and after confirming the process went down to the agency, because I do not have the luxury to go down to Ulsoor time and again (not sure why they operate from Ulsoor and do not provide any support from their place at Bellandur.) Upon reaching there, the staff member tells me I HAD to give a cancelled cheque, not MICR or IFSC code is needed, I have given IFSC code and if these guys operate as if they are running the agency in 1990, Why is that the consumer's problem? Add to that the way the staff members talk to the consumers, as if they are giving out cylinders for free and we unfortunate beings are blessed to get it. The way they act, might as well be a govt office.

                  I booked the gas cylinder at KK Indange Gas agency in May through online system.Called up KK indane enterprises, they told they will deliver it that day . same statement is repeated for almost a week.
                  When i checked it in online the status it was showing as bill has been generated for few days.
                  After wards the status was changed to cancelled.
                  When i called up they said it is cancelled and asked me to book it again.
                  I did not get the gas and i have to go for some private gas as my both cylinders are empty.
                  Twice it happened to me.
                  Spoke to so many people , every one are saying the service is too bad.

                  KK Indane — Refill undelivered even after 20 days of booking

                  Dear Sir,
                  Kindly help by doing the needful.

                  I made a booking on November 7, 2012. I got a confirmation message on Nov 12, 2012. It is November 27 (20 days since booking) today and still the refill is not delivered.

                  Please help urgently.
                  Delivery boy cheated me saying delivery charges of 30 rs extra. I called the agency and no proper response.

                    My complaint is against KK Indane Enterprises, the Indane gas suppliers in my area. I finally managed to book a gas on Thursday, 28th March, 2011 after trying in vain their for about 2-3 days (please, note: their phones are either engaged all through the day or if they ring, no-one takes the call...it's very doubtful whether all the 3 phone numbers are actually busy or just put aside). It's been 3 working days since...it's 3rd May today...I've not received my gas cylinder, no-one takes a call at their office, their office which is supposed to open at 9:30am, it is still not open at 12:30pm...my husband is standing right in front with the empty cylinder. This is not the first time this is happening...it's a regular scene here. Of the 10 or 12 odd times, I've taken a gas cylinder from them so far, I've had to pick up the cylinder myself at least 8 to 9 times...they do not deliver at my place...every time, the guy asks me to pick it up or wait more...his reason is my house is very far off...I live in HSR layout which is just about 6km from their Outer Ring road distribution center. The distance was even lesser before the distribution center changed location 2 months back.

                    I live just a few metres away from their Distribution Centre at Outer Ring Road, yet have never got the cylinder delivered. Disgusting
                    I booked a cyclinder, after 15 days when i called up they said "gas will be delivery today". Same statement is repeated for 7 days.After wards when i checked it again on Indane Online gas booking, booking is cancelled.When i called them and asked they said its cancelled again and you book it again .
                    My both the cyclinders are empty and i have to go for private gas.
                    KK indange Service is too bad . We are facing so much difficulty to get the cylinder.

                    Earlier i was staying in Koramangala and BTM, never faced such difficulty.
                    Only with this gas agency we are facing problem.
                    Please help us out.

                    Horrible service is the code word for this KK Indane Agency Belendur.First lost all requisite documents submitted by us on the right time for food department, then disconnects connection unceremoniously and keeps silence about this for 10 days after the confirmed refill booking.May be they were waiting for a subh muhurat to pass the correct information.When I asked about the delay I was informed that my connection was disconnected. We are supposed to submit the documents again then we have to book again for the refill and then we might get it after 10 working days .Was living in Delhi before this never faced any such issues, surprised of the allotment of distributor license to KK Indane by the authorities.

                    KK Indane has started adding more stress to our lives after Bangalore traffic. Things which should just come easy (and you're still paying for them) have become a task to be pursued..
                    Since Nov'2011, they've started playing funny. AFter submitting documents in June'2011 things were ok but suddenly no refill request was considered for 2 months in OCt- Nov - we just let it go by.
                    Even till Dec'2011 when I tried to boog the gas on their automated refill system, it said my previous bookings were cancelled - after numerous calls (no one picks the phone strangely), someone tells me that your connection is not active as the documnets need to be re-submitted - thsi is told only when we call them ...disgusting
                    Jan / Feb - 2012 - i'm still struggling to get my refills - what do they expect?? are Govt agencies becoming so pathetic???

                    Very BAD Service compare to other distributor in bangalore.Even we have been booked 10 days back, now i called they are saying again it will take 10 more days..
                    I totally totally agree. They are extremely disgusting.
                    I too have worst experience with this KK indane gas agency, Bellandur. All of sudden they stopped accepting online booking for me. When I checked they said I have to resubmit docs. My earlier gas agency is diff. Its in Kundanhalli. with out my notice they themselves transferred my connection to KK indane and now this KK Indane demanding to resubmit documents. I have submitted documents in Jan 2012 and problem resolved. i am able to book gas in online now. Surprisingly still no delivery with in time. When I checked with them there is shortage in Gas cylinders and I can't book gas again with in 30 days. After 30 days when I am booking they are delivering only after 15 to 18 days that means altogether 45 - 48 days. this is disgusting. Now when I booked cylinder after 30 days they are saying 45 days from the date of last cylinder delivered but not last cylinder booked.That means now it is going to be 60 days to deliver cylinder.How can a family with 2 kids, wife & Husband, and parents will survive with one cylinder for 60 days? When I called to their land line number they wont pick the phone. They are thinking that customers are fools they will keep on call and give up after some time. Very very worst service. I want to know the contact to whom I can give complaint on this agency. If any body knows please provide the information here.

                    The kk indane agency operating from jogupalya Ulsoor has started showing their colors again. haven't got the cylinder since 21 days now. everytime i call they say we will send it tomorrow. it has become a nightmare for working women. half the time the staff is not there or the office doesnt open before 11, what are the working women supposed to do. by the time we go in the evening, the office is closed. Rude behavior and irresponsible answers, they keep blaming every other person in the office saying we didn't promise, whats with the promise ame though- Arent they supposed to deliver the cylinder on time, my neighbours who booked after us from the same agency got it, why not me? is it the black thing again? they paid more iam sure. pathetic, irresponsible and unruly operations from an old agency for over decades now.

                    Was informed that the booking has been cancelled!
