Megan, the cashier, charged me twice for a product. When I pointed it out to her, she said I had to go to Customer service to get it corrected. I went to Cus Service & they refunded me $21.24. Since this was on my debit card, it would have to show up on my bank statement. This was 12/15/09. As of today, my bank statement still does not show the credit. (It shows the purchase, however!) So, I called your cus serv dept & the lady told me it takes 5-7 days for a credit to go through. This is outrageous! Your cashier makes an error & I am penalized for 7 days waiting for my credit! What if the error by your cashier made me overdraw my account?? Would you pay the fine? I am not happy. Unless I get a satisfactory response from you I will never shop at Kmart again & neither will my family. Was this information helpful? | 
where do i start. my son went to kmart to buy me a gift card for christmas. the store on 122nd in portland, or 97230 was out of visa gift cards and sold him a reloaded visa card, which is kmarts program not a GIFT CARD. So the day we went to use our gift cards i realized this is not a gift card but for me to use the $105.00 dollars on the card i would have to sign up for your program. I have my owe visa and i have my owe checking account all i want was a gift card. so when i went to kmart to get my money back the manager told me i had to call the 866# to get my money back. i said why the money goes to the kmart corp. the manager herself said that this is not a good program but you sold one to my son him not knowing it was not a gift card. so to add salt when i did call that # to try and get my refund it was some guy named ryan for INDIA. i'm to mintues from kmart and i need to call INDIA to get my money back that's wrong!!!. i will know longer be shopping at any kmart ever again!. and this may not be a big deal to you but let me make it clear. when i went home i realized all i buy at kmart ... my shampoo, deorant, all my make up, underware, bra, socks, pants, cat/dog food( weekly)tooth paste, tooth brush, body spray, vitiams, even the breath mint in my mouth was from kmart. i spent over $450.00 just on christmas and the will be my last... i will never ever shop at kmart again. i will let everybody i know about what happen to me.
