Kodak — Didn't receive the free airline round trip tickets and holiday voucher
I had placed an order for 11 Mega Pixels Kodak camera for Rs 4998.00, including handling charges (Rs 699.00) on 30th-Sept-09, which promised a holiday voucher/coupon and free airline tickets of round trip. I have received the camera but not the holiday voucher and the free airline round trip tickets as mentioned. Instead the Invoice mentions that to claim the free holiday voucher gift and the tiockest we have to log on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm within 60days of the invoice date but to my surprise the said site does not exist, although when I have tried on several occasions the I am note able to find the site.When the remittance was already credited to India Today Book Club, why the Holiday Voucher and the Free Tickets were not send alongwith the camera. In this scenario, obviously if you are not able to log on to the site, one is sure to loose the holiday voucher.
There was also a problem before when I ordered a Reebok Gymnasium Kit, I received the smaller shoe size, so tell me when will you replace the shoe.
Take necessary action regarding this matter urgently.

Kodak — delay in after sales service
i gave my kodak digital camera for repairs ,two months ago, what to do now some one suggest me , i am fed up of calling them , they say we will call u as soon as it is repairedKodak — useless camera
Dear Concern,I have purchased Kodak Camera Model no. M1063 with 10.3 Mega Pixels from Kodak shop before 7-8 months ago.. That was working properly but from last few days its battery got not charged from Charger. while we pluged the charger with camera then indication showing charger attached but after 3 hours still battery not charged so plz look in to matter and do the needful asap. i am using lot of products of KODAK but this is first time me facing this problem i request you plz changed with new one bcz this is useless for me with battery charging. still no response

My complaint steel pending.
This is karthik from Hyderabad i have purchased a Kodak easy share
camera on 20.02.08 and the model is M883 paying 8, 000/- from since
then my photos during night or in dark it never comes clear i thought
it was some setting has to be adjusted so just neglected and was using
in day times and i was not aware of your service provider in Hyderabad
and from 3 months back the camera was not working properly and was not
in country on job i was out and when i returned and went to your
service provider today he inspected my camera and said lens has to be
replaced and it will cost me nearly 5500 rs... i just stunned
and asked him some more details regarding pictures coming dark he told
that this particular model is a flop one and all the cameras sold are
having the same defect.
Has this is manufacture defect from Kodak i request you to repair my
camera free of cost or replace my camera
We believed in Kodak and brought your product as it will be best in cameras
I hope you will reply to me and solve my issues ASAP
