I have purchased kodak 80 cm (32inches) hd ready led smart tv 32hdxsmart pro (Black) (2019) b07r72w9k8 at 3.10.2019 and tv delivered on 10.10..2019 it's not working after10 days of delivery worst products and services are very poor please change this led tv as soon as possible this led tv not installed by company i have installed by local electrician because kodak customer said you have to wait for 3 to 5 days and i have installed led on 11 the october 2019 and it not working from 21 october 2019 so please do the need full for me

We have brought a led from Kodak 8 months before and suddenly it's screen stops working after making several complaints and email we didn't get any response from their side. It's a worst experience of my life related to costumer service of Kodak . If you can do something please do some solution.
My TV is not working since last 50 days.

It has now gone beyond tolerance. Never had such a dirty service been experienced in my life. Now we can’t wait longer.
I want whole refund amount of Rs. 19399/-

    It's been more than 1 months my kodak tv is not working. Instead of taking continuous follow ups still no updates on my complaint id 0405469.

      I have purchased a LCD - Kodak X900 80cm 32 inch HD Ready LED TV for my parents on 03/10/2019.
      The product was hardly worked for 15 days, and stopped working, its not getting started.

      Its more than 10 days, so i can't replace it from Flipkart and i have to go by company warranty process.

      I have called Kodak customer care and sent a mail as well but still there is no reply from kodak customer care end.

        After successful purchase through amazon, i received my kodak 40 inch smart led tv 13 days before but installation process not yet done till date but as per written agreement, it was mentioned that installation would take place within 48hrs. I have been continuously contacted kodak customer service people as well as escalated to amazon. But everytime i got response as we would escalate & get your installation done. Today i got a call from kodak complaints department for my tv's performance feedback. I'm litterly got irritated. A strict action needs to be taken against them.

              Complaint id : 9928452 open since more then 30+, there is no support from kodak tv service center and management team.

              Tv stop working no picture, become blank.

              Issue escalated to buyer platform (Flipkart) and as well social media account of kodak tv, but no help.

              Look like kodat tv management think or have mindset, india still a 3rd grade country and they can ignore and fool indian consumers.
              I have purchased Kodak TV one week back but not yet installed by the company and I'm unable to contact them their number also not working and I mailed them also still...no response

                Kodak led tv xpro 102 cm 40 inch full hd smart tv is very bad product. I buy it and after 15 days of installation it stop working. Nearly one month gone and kodak service team doing nothing except giving assurance that “ we are solving your problem” “ we need some more time”, "some are saying that 'we didn't advice you to by this product", "don't call here email your problem", i spent 16000 rupees for this product and all money gone in waste. My complaint no. Is 9604091 at kodak customer care.

                  I had purchased a 49 inch kodak led tv in 30-nov-2018. On may 14 2019 the tv's remote stopped working due to sensor issue, i called the company their technician visited on 7th june, i am calling the kodak service center they are keeping me on hold for at least 15 minutes and they say that my case has been escalated every week they are saying it will take a week to ship the part.
                  Need replacement for the tv since it is not been used for 1.5 months now.

                    I had purchased a 40 inch kodak led tv in oct 2018. On april 28 2019 the tv stopped working i called the company their technician visited on 4th may he checked the tv and took some photos of the part which had to be replaced and even took a video of it now it's been over 22 days i am calling the kodak service center they are keeping me on hold for at least 15 minutes and they they say that my case has been excellatted evey week they are saying it will take a week to ship the part i spoke to the senior mr goswami he said the same thing i told him is this a joke it's almost a month since the technician visited my place i am not getting any positive feedback from the company i m really disappointed by purchasing the tv.
                    Worst Kodak 40' smart TV purchased no response from the service center after we call them they put us on hold for 15-20 minutes and tell the same thing what was told to us a week before.that your complaint has been excellatted such a reputed company having such irresponsible staff .

                      I have purchased kodak tv in month of aug 18 from flipkart.in feb 19 my tv started not working. Engineer visited my place on 22 feb 19 and said motherboard needs replacement but no action was taken after that. On 23 march 19 engineer again visited and said the motherboard which they have brought doesnot match with tv configuration.
                      I have sent numerous mails and called to their customer centre but they are just fooling customers. There is no escalation matrix. After 1 month also they are not able to provide the solution. My order id - od[protected]

                          Tv stopped working on 10 nov 2018. Ever since been trying to get it rectified. After 10 days of hectic telephoning and email, got some response and one person, not qualified to assess the problem was sent. I was informed that tv needs a new mother board. Tv is in warranty period. I was also told that the same will be sent immediately. On 30th was informed that it will be dispatched as soon as possible. While no one answers the calls at the local service number, the response to emails is also very late.
                          I think, all should avoid buying any kodak products due to their non-existent service and support.
                          I will be mistake to buy from them. A mistake that i have already made.

                          I have still not heard from Kodak on my problem. They do not even check the emails leave aside answering these. I think no one should buy their products. I plan to take them to Consumer Court now.

                            Hi we have registered for tv service due to display black out of 50 inch tv. We got assigned with f1 info solutions as service assistant. They told they will come to service the tv but once they tell day on which the service guy should come they take the phone receiver and make busy line always. We are tired of their play. We would like to register a complaint against this service company. (My complaint number with call id jchn[protected] rma no d00238)

                            I seriously regret buying this tv. Already a service got around 1 month. And now i don't know how much time you guys gonna take. I will never recommend or buy kodak product again.

                            If you don't take action, i am sorry to say that i have to post over social media.

                                It's one of the worst equipment i ever purchased. Looking at kodak's brand equity i purely made the decision. Tv stopped working within 5 months of purchase, it's one month, but they cannot find replacement of motherboard. Service after sales is very poor. Suggest, don't waste your money on kodak tv. Also not to ignore, numerous complaints online of kodak tv. It's a delhi produced tv under kodak license. Kodak eastman would be truly disappointed..

                                Purchased a Kodak tv in nov 2017 from Flipkart, within 5 months the tv stopped working. after several calls to Kodak customer care, the mechanic visited and declared that the mother board is gone bad. we have also purchased extended warranty of two years on their suggestion. its been a month now we are following up with Kodak tv (licensee super plastronics Pvt ltd), they keep informing the motherboard is not available. Flipkart has informed they are only a selling portal, they are not liable for product defect. Its like fooling a common man with a cheaper price tag. I can understand if the product is old and the spare parts are unavailable, but kodak has launched the product last year, how is it possible they cannot replace the mother board. after going through lot of grief with this company I finally decided to complain. my Kodak repair service ticket id being 8d3-34422mbscjc-5094814 for your reference. thanks

I am working as a professor in an engineering college. I brought a KODAK MINI camera a week ago and now I am finding that the battery of this product is not getting recharged. I tried a lot lot to call to the customer centers and then ended with a "not_valid_customer_number" response. What should i do now to get the attention of the great "KODAK" empire ? I called many of their so called managers and many of them told me to lodge a complaint against their own company...... I just want to get the justice.                                     hi im kishore jain, i had purchased a camera from mahaveer telecom on 28/12/06.the model no:CX7300 and the serial no: KCGCX51334579 .all of a sudden the flash stopped working and it took nearly 3months for me to find the service centre .i.e RASHI PERIPHERALS PVT.                                       I had purchased a Kodak Digital camera model V-570 in September 2007, for Rs 17000/-. Now the camera is not working.It shows an error code E 45. When I contacted Kodak Customer care, they suggested me to show my camera to HCL Digicare, Marol Military Road, Andheri E, Mumbai-59.

                                      The service engineer, at HCL Digicare, Sri Datta told me that it is beyond repair since Kodak has scrapped the model, and spare-parts of this model is not available, and that I should go in for an exchange offer.

                                      I then told my problem, to Mr Abdul Malik, National Consumer Manager, , Kodak, India. He informed me that he can offer a 30% discount on new purchase (under buy-back) which is however not acceptable to me. I had shelled a hefty Rs 17000/- for the Camera, and now I need to dispose off the camera, because the Co. has scrapped the model ! Had the Company continued with the model, I could have got the required Spare-Part, and got the camera rectified. I feel cheated as a consumer. Why do they scrap the model, and its spare-parts also after selling a number o[censored]nits. Where do the hapless consumer go ?

                                      I however want to buy a new camera, but nothing below a 50% discount on my new purchase (in lieu of V-570), is acceptable to me.

                                      Kindly see the matter as a special consideration to poor consumers, and settle the matter.

                                        Complaint: I had very badly suffered after buying a Kodak mini camera I brought it on 13.01.2011 and after few days it got a power problem. I
                                        gave it to the shop back on around 2.08.2011 and he assured me that it
