Kodak tv not replacing waiting from 6 months

I was purchasing a Kodak company tv from Flipkart and that tv was screen black out within 3 months. After that I complained Kodak company for replacing that . But the company told me it will be replaced within 3 days but now I am waiting for 6 months (previous year 2024)of replacement waiting period time. It’s didn’t replace, when I call the company didn’t respond properly always say please wait…
I call Kodak customer care [protected] but they always say wait…
Please provide proper details.
This company too much harassed me for this tv replacement

KODAK CA Series 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV - Not working as expected
We bought this TV on 05/10/2021 via Flipkart. On May 4th 2023, we registered a complaint for the single line that is appearing in the display. Service person visited our place and told that TV display is not working as expected and it will cost around 18K to replace the display.
We got the point that my TV is out of warranty and I have to pay charges for the same.
We are not buying your product for small amount, we have paid 26K for this TV and it is huge amount for us. Is this the kind of product that you will be delivering to us for this much amount.? As soon as the warranty is completed, the TV is not working. I wont write it if my TV is more than 5 years old and I can at least console myself that it was running for these many years as it is electronic product.
I called to your customer care to express my concerns and they are also not willing to hear customer's concerns.
I need refund for the TV as I wont be able to trust your brand anymore.

Kodak led TV not working
I purchased a LED TV 40 inch from Amazon it is stopped working after 1 month I raise the complaint I sent the email as well to customer care of Kotak one technician came and said it will be replaced in 4-5 days. But no one came yet I have been following on the same mail for more than a month I have send multiple emails they always reply that the new product will be delivered in 4-5days.

Kodak led TV not working
After one month of purchase, th tv stopped working. I raise the complaint to customer care and also send the email. One technician came and said it will be replaced. It's been more than a month I have been following in the same email but there it is not getting resolved no one has come yet to replace TV they always says someone will come in 4-5 days but no one is coming.

Issue with the Kodak TV
A band appears in the middle of the TV screen continuously with the message -
"unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and the picture on the TV screen appears dull.
I had placed a complaint on Saturday 12th Nov 22 and shared the issue details on a WhatsApp number(+[protected]) given by your call centre.
They asked me to send an email to their email id: [protected]@kodaktv.in and I told that I will get an acknowledgement within 24 hrs and then my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. It has been 48 hours since I sent the email, there has been no acknowledgement till now. I am not sure if they will acknowledge, then forget about resolution of the complaint. There is no information for an escalation path if the complaint is not addressed.

I bought KODAK TV from Flipkart and it has stopped working for the last 45 days, I have raised the complaint against it they have not taken any action on it, and now they are simply troubling me by sending emails, which I have sent 40 times still no action.

I feel bought a worthless Kodak TV

I purchased Kodak TV through online on August 2021 within 9 months it is stop working. I tried customer care 15 days before still i did not get any solution for problem. They told me to take 7 - 10 business days but still not get any kind of service or solution. It is really frustrating and feel that bought worthless product.
I came across various TV brands but never ever faced this kind service. I would request if anybody reading this complaint, don't buy any product from Kodak TV. They are cheating people through products.
Also after purchasing a Kodak TV, they called me and asking 5-star rating review, so don't believe their reviews.

Mother board problem
Hi,
What kind of service is this?, I have been sending mails for three days, what are you trying to help with? Can't you ask all thr specific requirements in one mail!? When can I except the service engineer👨🔧 to attend the issue.? If you can't provide the service on time, why the hell are you selling TVs, if you can't help the customer on time. I really know, you might be having many calls per day, But still need to give proper response on time.
Not really happy with the service. If you can't really help in this regards, kindly confirm the same in mail.

I have purchased a Kodak tv 43 inches on 23 December 2020 and within one year it started showing problems in display. Exactly after one year, the TV stopped working. No display.
Even after a repetitive request from Kodak customer care to repair my Kodak TV, it was not repaired.
I feel cheated by Kodak and I am planning to take legal action against Kodak. Please let me know how to take strong action against Kodak tv.
