A band appears in the middle of the TV screen continuously with the message -
"unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and the picture on the TV screen appears dull.
I had placed a complaint on Saturday 12th Nov 22 and shared the issue details on a WhatsApp number(‪+[protected]‬) given by your call centre.
They asked me to send an email to their email id: [protected]@kodaktv.in and I told that I will get an acknowledgement within 24 hrs and then my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. It has been 48 hours since I sent the email, there has been no acknowledgement till now. I am not sure if they will acknowledge, then forget about resolution of the complaint. There is no information for an escalation path if the complaint is not addressed.

    Product is worst...dont buy...we have purchased on 18.06.2022, first started blinking and after 2 days total display gone..Dont buy kodak...now i need to apply for replacement...waster of time and energy ...go for branded one.

      Product is worst...don't buy...we have purchased on 18.06.2022, first started blinking and after 2 days total display gone. Don't buy kodak...now i need to apply for replacement...waster of time and energy .Go for branded one.

      And customer care also poor response.

        Sir i purchase 43 inch tv on flipkart date 03/01/22 my tv stop working I complete kodak consumer care but I not receive any response from consumer care side

            Am very disappointed about netflix installation issue and not have app in kodak play store
            Am trying installed through third party websites installing apk. But error issues. No highlight in netflix apk.
            Pls solve this
            I think all kodak tv customers are facing this issue

              I bought KODAK TV from Flipkart and it has stopped working for the last 45 days, I have raised the complaint against it they have not taken any action on it, and now they are simply troubling me by sending emails, which I have sent 40 times still no action.

              I need to take them to court if needed

                Dear Kodak Team

                I have purchased just 10 month new 44 inch smart Kodak TV from Amazon.com, now I am facing issue in connecting this TV with my WiFi.

                This is serious issue and because of this I am not able to watch my favorite channel . And I have launched online and offline complaints but you are not bothered to attend the issue.

                Attached is the invoice copy, Request you to kindly assign engineer and rectify the problem as ealr as possible.
