I have a purchase Kodak tv CA pro 55 inch date on 30/10/2023 but when the stream any video then automatically any time restart/off TV and I have already complaint to kotak date of 11/11/2023 but not any clarification/ Responsed by kodak Team.

So I will request you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I had got kodak smart TV last October and with in 6 months I started getting issue with my tv, and from then I am trying to get resolution on this I am still not getting any kind o[censored]pdate from the company, I am following up on email from last 3 months and I don't see any proper response from them....

We bought this TV on 05/10/2021 via Flipkart. On May 4th 2023, we registered a complaint for the single line that is appearing in the display. Service person visited our place and told that TV display is not working as expected and it will cost around 18K to replace the display.
We got the point that my TV is out of warranty and I have to pay charges for the same.
We are not buying your product for small amount, we have paid...

I purchased a tv from Flipkart after 2 months i got display problem.jeeves expert visited trying to install wrong part and said i had to for the part.i had sent lit of mails to customer care and they are not responding it's been 4 months...

I purchased a LED TV 40 inch from Amazon it is stopped working after 1 month I raise the complaint I sent the email as well to customer care of Kotak one technician came and said it will be replaced in 4-5 days. But no one came yet I have been following on the same mail for more than a month I have send multiple emails they always reply that the new product will be delivered in 4-5days....

I bought KODAK TV from Flipkart and it has stopped working for the last 45 days, I have raised the complaint against it they have not taken any action on it, and now they are simply troubling me by sending emails, which I have sent 40 times still no action.

I need to take them to court if needed...

I have purchased just 10 month new 44 inch smart Kodak TV from Amazon.com, now I am facing issue in connecting this TV with my WiFi.

This is serious issue and because of this I am not able to watch my favorite channel . And I have launched online and offline complaints but you are not bothered to attend the issue.

I purchased Kodak TV through online on August 2021 within 9 months it is stop working. I tried customer care 15 days before still i did not get any solution for problem. They told me to take 7 - 10 business days but still not get any kind of service or solution. It is really frustrating and feel that bought worthless product.

I came across various TV brands but never ever faced this kind service. I would request if anybody...

I have purchased a Kodak tv 43 inches on 23 December 2020 and within one year it started showing problems in display. Exactly after one year, the TV stopped working. No display.

Even after a repetitive request from Kodak customer care to repair my Kodak TV, it was not repaired.

I feel cheated by Kodak and I am planning to take legal action against Kodak. Please let me know how to take strong action against...

But still no response from your side
And it's allmost 41 days till the technician picked up my TV
