I had purchased kodak digital camera C1013 easy share from Vijay sales surat, After 1.5 years camera not working. I went to vijay sales they had given me address of service center. but they had not respond because the service center owner having franchise of service center & he is not interested in kodak service center. so i request to customer don't purchase kodak think about other camera they are costly than kodak but they are good in service and quality Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased kodak digital camera fro E-Zone Hebbal, Bangalore during Mar 2010. Now the same is out of order since May 2010. The same was complined with your care centre shivajinagar bangalore. Camera was kept by them for three days and returned back saying that repair cost is Rs 4000/-. Please advice what can do?
