Subject: - Prayer for Part payment wef. October 2008 to till date

Dear Sirs,
With due respect to state that Please allow me to pay the Property Tax Bill[protected]; Assessee No:[protected] on and from October, 2008 ( 3rd. Qtr) to till date due to following reasons & facts:-

It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness & irresponsibility shown by flat vendor-

1. SriTapas Ghosh (Mob:[protected] and
2. Smt. Minoti Ghosh (Mob:[protected].

1. We, Ms. Mainaki Chattoraj (Daughter) & Mrs. Sumita Chattoraj(Wife) has bought the property ( Flat 2nd. Floor, car parking space and roof top on September 19th. 2008 from Sri Tapas Ghosh & Smt. Minoti Ghosh. Copy of Registration Receipt enclosed herewith.
2. From that time : September 19, 2008, we pressurized for them to clear the Property Tax of KMC on priority basis, but In spite of my repeated conservations and reminders no concrete action has been taken yet to solve this problem.
3. We, lodged F.I.R at Chirpore PS against both of them for unauthorized car parking, unauthorized & illegal construction on ground floor, balcony and rooftop and non-payment of statutory taxes for long.
4. We are ready to submit Mutation Form but to want of Property tax receipt, and due to their callousness it was not possible to us.
5. Please take a stern action on Smt.Minoti Ghosh, Sri Tapas Ghosh and the un-authorized occupants of flats here and also demolish the unauthorized construction wherever, at the earliest.

I feel confident of receiving a favorable and helpful reply, and please get the needful done without any loss of time.
