[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — Money deducted from bank but Transaction Failed | |||
I would like to inform you that while trying to renew my Trade Licence online, the amount got deducted from my icici bank a/c but this did not get credited to KMC a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Please see the details below. Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end. Aug 6, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Yes the company executuve had called me to confirm my problem and then eventually it was taken care of and resolved. Municipal Corporation of Kolkata customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
