[Resolved]  Kolkata Passport Office — No passport status update for last 16 days

Unlike other states Kolkata Passport Office last updated the Passport application status on[protected] and today is 15/10/2011. I guess these people are still enjoying durga puja festival. But in the holiday list there are vacation of only 2 days. Other states usually update it in every 3-4 days. In the kolkata passport office webpage an email id "rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in" and a phone number are given for any enquiry or complaint. But no one receives the phone and no reply of any email. Is there any solution of all these or these will continue forever.
