Respected sir,
I bought a Citizen CH452 Upper Arm Digital BP Monitor by online from www.koovs.com dt. on 31.08.2011. I made the payment of Rs.1176/-through online transfer of Karnataka Bank,Panipat. After the successfully transaction, i got a Code KV[protected] and assured for the delivery between 7 working days. But niether i recieved the above good nor they pickup my call.
