Sir, It is very regretful to inform you that I had not received any hard copy statement of my policy no 00553018 since three years Therefore, It is very important. i had policy of kotak flexi plan no. 993670
there was name mistak done by ur system.
so, tht i have submitted it to mr.vishal whom is loan agent o[censored]r company and also i tell that my policy premium also credited my loan at that time ur person coud not tellme detail o[censored]r plan. i still not get my policy document . pls give me valueble reply...
