[Resolved] Kotak Life Insurance — FRAUD AND MISGUIDED BY EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY ABOUT POLICY AND CANCELLATION | |
one of the EMPLOYEE of KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE called me and gave me all wrong information about SAP policy where IN THAT I WOULD GET 275% GUARANTEED BONUS IN the 1st YEAR, after that i took three policies within 3 days after getting my documents i called him for SUM ASSURED mistakes and clarrifiaction of POLICY regarding 275% of GUARANTEED BONUS, at that time he told me to write an application for SUM ASSURED and give the documents to the executive and HE ASSURED ME that i will get 275% of GUARANTEED BONUS in the first year and it will add up into my FUND VALUE, i wrote application for SUM ASSURED and gave to executive who came to my house, but after 5 days i read the documents and talked to some of my friends about this POLICY where i came to know that the employee misguided me and he gave me all wrong information, i CALLED him AND TOLD TO CANCEL MY POLICIES, at that time he told me "Sir actually the BONUS IS NOT GIVEN THERE IN THE DOCUMENTS, YOU WILL GET BONUS BUT I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL MY POLICY THEN, HE TOLD ME SIR DON'T WORRY i will cancel your policy from my side". i thought that he will cancel my policy but after approx 1 month i got 3 letters saying that you have to make payment in the coming month for the POLICY, I GOT SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THOSE THREE LETTERS FOR MY POLICY NO's 01711248 01711230 01711105 NOW I WENT TO MALAD BRANCH OFFICE OF KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE ON 2nd NOV 2009 AND I ASKED THEM ABOUT THIS ALL FRAUD THEN THEY CONNECTED ME TO THE ANOTHER BRANCH, I TALKED TO 1 LADY, SHE TOLD ME " she ll look into this matter , have word with her manager and will give me a call in the evening" BUT SHE DID NOT CALL ME, I WAITED THEN ON 5th NOV I CALLED IN THE MALAD BRANCH , THEY GAVE ME AMIT - MANAGER NO, I CALLED HIM, BUT CALL GOT DISCONNECTED, AFTER SOME TIME I GOT A CALL FROM THERE DEPT, I TOLD HIM ALL ABOUT THIS HE TOLD ME THAT I CAN CANCEL MY POLICY BUT I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND I CAN GO TO ANY COURT, THEY DON'T CARE FOR THAT PLEASE HELP ME HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND IT'S EMPLOYEES Was this information helpful? | |

I Zamin Ahmad bought a policy of Kotak in the month of August 2009 but I did not recieve the document.I called to customer care they replied that the policy was delivered to SMC I called there they daid that we have delivered it to Rajeev Kakkar(SM in SMC)then I went to Kotak Office at Amba Deep Building, Delhi They sent the policy to me I recieved it on 10th December & now I do not want to continue the policy.The operation staff are not accepting the cancellation request.They are misbehaving me. HELP ME THE CANCELLATION PERIOD IS TILL 14TH DECEMBER
