[Resolved] Kotak Life Insurance — Receiving Unwanted calls and behavior of the DSA
I am receiving constant unwanted calls from the DSA of kotak life insurance regarding their plans. These people call us and misbehave. Today I received calls from the number[protected] and[protected] from persons who told their name as Rahul Sharma and Vikram Sethi. Inspite of our denial about the policy and also informing them that our number is registered under do not call, they continue repeating and asking for the mobile number to discuss the plans. They even argued that they will call again even if we don't want to. This is not the first time I am receiving such calls from this DSA. They repeatedly call us and .
First of all, these DSA should provide the proper information about their company and place they are calling from. They should not use the name of Kotak Mahindra.
Second these DSA should know about the Do Not Call numbers and should not contact such numbers.
Third the DSA should know the proper way of talking to the female members of the family.
Fourth it should be investigated how these people receive the personal information. There must be some check over this.
Please let me know what are the legal option I can initiate against such calls.
