[Resolved] Kotak Life Insurance — Worst Customer service- Revival of policy | |
i have a policy with Kotak Life insurance , which there So called Lifeexpert sold it to me. This person used to collect the amount from me for two consecutive years. then this person suddenly disappeared ( so called Lifeexpert). And i ahve no communication what soo ever from Kotak or Life Expert, and then when i realized in Oct-09that i had a policy, for which i had to pay an annual premium of 15K in Feb-09 ,a nd from that day onwards i have reached out to all sorts of people including Cutomer service of the Insurtance company. and none of them gives me any answer to what the policy status is . i demand premium certificate of the financial year 2007-08 of policy no 00621067 on 22, 23, 24 july 2010 by ref no 02125983 but i am sorry to say that till date i have not recived my premium certificate i have an urgent need of this . I also visited my policy home branch dl4n pitam pura delhi but they also not issuing me premium certificate they say that we cannot do any thing on this matter.I think i choose wrong co. for insurance I feel so many problem for premium certificate if any mishappening occur how my family get the claim from this co .
